It has extensive reach and is very helpful for people.
I like how user friendly and organized this software is within the account and also the up to date content that is posted for external distribution as well. Having the ability to share professional and visual appealing content to clients in either a video or text format is very helpful too. The few times I had to reach out to their customer support team, they were nice and helpful.
Consistently produce excellent educational content for newsletters and standalone concept pieces. Great resource for many topics and easy to export as pdf to send to clients.
I like the ease of use Broadridge Advisor Center provides. It is fairly ease to go in and navigate the portal without much need for assistance or training. I like how there is always update to date information published which can be used to share with clients as well.
Information is live and accurate, I can always rely on it.
i like the newsletter that is sent out annually and monthly. I like how i have access to approved articles for my clients

What do you dislike about Broadridge Advisor Portal?
Nothing much. everything is in order. Noting is missing and all working properly.
There is nothing that is wrong about it.
The only thing I disliked was that the content posted for distribution was not always posted routinely or at the same time of the month or quarter. Because of this, I would have to go back and check to see if it was available yet. Also, the notification set up did not work for me like it was supposed to but hopefully this has since be fixed.
Newsletter is not a very modern layout and has not been updated in awhile
There is currently nothing that we dislike or are unhappy with.
It’s hard to learn and to use it, but once you do, you enjoy it.
i wish the website was easier to navigate. Sometimes it takes me some time to get to where I want to be

It help to analyze the problem and gives you best possible solution.
We are giving clients timely and relevant market information from the Broadridge postings. The benefit to this content is that it can be downloaded and then shared however you like and through whichever channel you wish to distribute. In other words, clients do not have to go to Broadridge to view the information.

Our firm is currently pulling the update to date information published in the portal (such as quarterly market updates and quarterly market reports) which can be used to share with clients in a presentable format as well.
