What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?
HubSpot is a simple, yet very powerful tool. On one hand, it is very easy to use for beginners. On the other hand – it provides really rich and powerful functionality for professionals. I learn new stuff every day!
HubSpot’s interface can be a bit daunting for new users, but HubSpot also offers highly detailed tutorials and exercises that make navigating the platform a breeze. There are so many different ways to run campaigns via HubSpot and its integrations. HubSpot shines for organizations with a relatively small-mid size total addressable market, but can also scale to fit a large TAM.
Monitoring the Contact Owners and the number of leads with them. Also Helps in segregate between the Sales Pipeline, Number of Deals Created, Deals Closed for that Month
Also pulling out the performance of each and every team is just awesome.
The best thing about HubSpot is it’s a single platform where it connects you with everything to scale your business. Most people compare it with Salesforce but I must tell you this is the best CRM any other. Hubspot is easy to use and its implementation is seamless.

I really like that HubSpot offers e-Learning courses for anyone using HubSpot or if I need a refresher of some piece of the software. The steps to get anything done in HubSpot are easy to follow and make sense.
What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?
The only drawback of HubSpot is the weird way it integrates with Gmail. It does look up Gmail automatically, but to manage conversations properly, you have to install an addon – which is rather annoying. Also, if the Client writes you an email, it does not get to HubSpot until you manually make it there. All future messages in the thread will get to HubSpot automatically, even if you do not have the addon… I would definitely like to have more automation there.
Sometimes the tools that you are provided have multiple facets to them, and not every function has a tutorial to go with it. Personally, my biggest gripe with the Sequences tab is once a sequence is launched, you cannot make changes to the sequence for those already enrolled. We’ve seen outreach platforms do this before, and I’m surprised HubSpot hasn’t been able to make this happen. Also related to sequences, you can’t filter your contacts by how many times an email has been opened, which can be a tad frustrating when running a cold email campaign.

I love this CRM software it helps me to achieve my target in many ways, so there are no such things to dislike.
What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all records in one place, I can see what my colleagues doing, and they see what I am doing. I can easily send messages to Clients, using very comfortable accelerators – like snippets and templates. I can also track my pipeline in a very comfortable way.
HubSpot keeps our prospects, leads, general pipeline data, and outreach efforts all-in-one, easy-to-use platform. Since our company uses multiple platforms, we are grateful that most of them have native HubSpot integration. This makes typical day-to-day tasks much easier to handle.
