What is monday sales CRM?
What do you like best about monday sales CRM?
The best thing about Monday.com is that it’s very easy to use and you can customize templates according to your needs.
You can easily access your team’s progress, delays and escalations.Review collected by and hosted on Online Sales Review
I’m a very visual person, so Monday makes it easy for me to see things at a glance! I love being able to color code groups, and set up the deals so that it tells me how close I am to my monthly goals. Also–the llama farm is hilarious!
What do you dislike about monday sales CRM?
The cost of Monday.com is a bit high other than everything is perfect.Review collected by and hosted on Online Sales Review
The thing that I dislike about Monday is you get notifications for every little thing and you can’t turn off individual notifications. The other thing is that when I set it up to notify me to follow up with someone, it says “follow up with this person” but doesn’t tell me who it is so I have to click the link to open it. I’d like to know who I need to talk to at a glance! I’d also like to be able to use multiple accounts with a single email address for the business.

The CRM system cannot be purchased separately. However, it does come for free with every available plan.
All plans have iOS and Android apps and feature an 18% discount if you choose annual billing at checkout. Also, each plan has a 14-day free trial that you can use to give it all a try. If you’re aiming to only use the CRM, the Basic plan should be sufficient. However, if you’re also using a different project management tool, you may want to consider changing it to monday.com, since this will be highly convenient both in terms of usability and price.

Ease of Use
monday sales CRM is extremely easy to use. One of its biggest advantages is that you get to visualize all of your work through multiple views, which lets you identify both high-priority tasks and issues extremely quickly. The tool has absolutely no learning curve, save for automation features. However, these are advanced mechanics that require experience and aren’t related to CRM. If you’re planning to give Monday sales CRM a try through the free trial, which is highly recommended, note that the CRM board is called “Lead Management”.
