What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like the integrations with the entire Zoho ecosystem and the marketplace is huge. Zoho CRM offers powerful features with Automations, blueprints and great reporting.

Zoho can also customize a lot of things via custom function. Their technical support is Great.Review collected by and hosted on Online Sales Review

The tool has helped me to reduce the manual work. The solution is for all marketing needs. The features include customizable CRM, Campaigns & Email Automation.

I have been working on all of the above for more than a year now

Zoho CRM Tool – has an easy configuration, & is a single solution for all my marketing needs

Zoho campaigns – I have used many other tools; Zoho Campaigns has good custom templates and scheduling options which made my day-to-day task very easy

Zoho Forms – I like the drag and drop functionality in the custom form builder, and is very easy to implement with website forms

Zoho is a very simole yet powerful crm platform including inventory management and other accountability features too, one of the most interesting thing is that we can do full transaction on zoho crm from purchase orders to providing delivery notes and invoices too

I like the fact of Zoho One that it provides multiple solutions which are required to run an entire firm or business on the cloud. The best service which I like most is Zoho CRM which aims to make the entire process of running or handling a sales team easy for us and also automate the manual tasks like regular customer follow-ups.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The interface really need some love and UI/UX improvement. So many clics to do, a lot of scrolling, etc. We also had a lot of issues with the implementation of the software. We could not attach a task to more than two modules. Therefore, a task could only be tied to a person and a DEAL OR ACCOUNT (not both…). The task management is a total nightmare with Zoho CRM, compared to Pipedrive CRM. (No color, not intuitive interface, hard to link a person, a deal and an account to a , no automated task creation after closing a task, etc…)Review collected by and hosted on Online Sales Reviewas

The email automation workflows sometimes delay the alert response to get the alerts triggered. Otherwise, the tool is excellent solution for email automation needs

Sometimes it becomes very difficult to find the right solution for a particular task because they provide a bunch of apps within a single suite and also their naming convention is also somewhat confusing. So in those areas, they can do better for a better customer experience.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of our opportunities easily and forecasting

1. Zoho Campaigns – Custom email & newsletter templates and scheduling options for my regular mail campaigns

2. Zoho CRM features which include custom forms, email alerts and preview options are excellent to check the mails in all devices

It is kind of difficult to find all the services in one place which can handle every requirement of a business to deploy on the cloud. So Zoho One is solving this big problem. We chose this company over others because they are providing services at very competitive service charges.

Pros

“I have had an amazing experience using this software. So much so, that I recommend this CRM to all my business development clients when starting their companies.”
“Zoho is a pretty good CRM for first timers if you haven’t used some of the other CRM’s there are out there so that is good.”
“Absolutely fantastic – deployment is so easy and admins will love the point and click nature of the automations and workflows.”
“I love Zoho – it’s a great little CRM that is perfect for our needs at the small firm that I work at. We typically use it for password management for our various clients and campaigns.”

Cons

“We finally cancelled our subscription because it was. Just too much and too confusing to try to get it set.”
“Limitation of integration, and their support is very bad and give you stupid solutions.”
“Frustrating user interface and user experience. Have some colleagues who use it for forms, and when I get one of their forms it is frustrating and reflects poorly on the sender.”
“The programming language for the custom functions. Also the Document merge function, lack of fonts, merging wrong characters sometime.”

 Pricing and Options

As mentioned above, there are a few different pricing plan options that make Zoho accessible to all businesses, regardless of your budget. Though the smaller plans limit what you can do with the software, they still serve as a great place to get started with CRM software in your company.

The free plan is available for up to three users. Anything past that puts you into the next pricing bracket. With the free version, you get lead, contact, and account management features as well as reports and analytics.

Zoho Standard

The first paid level of Zoho gives you more perks than the free version. It is priced at $12/month if you pay for the whole year, or $18/month if you pay month-to-month.

However, that price is per user. So, if you have 2 employees using Zoho, that means it is $24/month for the whole year paid in advance, or $36/month for month-to-month.

This is easy to overlook but makes a huge difference in your total cost per month. If you’re a smaller company, it’s better to minimize the number of people you have on Zoho and only give access to those who truly need to use it.

With this level of Zoho, you get everything that the free plan offers as well as scoring rules, email insights, and much more room for customization across the entire platform. This is key to making Zoho fit your specific needs rather than the general needs offered in the Free Edition. The Standard plan’s database size is limited to 100,000 records.

Zoho Professional

Level up to the Professional plan and you get some key features that can add a lot of value to your company. This plan gives you everything that the Standard plan does, but also includes inventory management, Google Ads integrations, and the ability to use Zoho for process management.

The Professional plan is priced at $20/month/user with an annual plan and $30/month/user with a monthly plan.

Zoho Enterprise

If the above plans don’t give you what you need, the Enterprise plan may. This plan is geared towards businesses that are on the larger side of small-to-medium. It includes everything that the Professional level does plus a number of additional features.

One is multi-user portals for customers, vendors, and partners. It also offers Zia AI which is an AI assistant that provides predictions and suggestions. You’ll also love the CommandCenter that allows you to personalize the customer experience.

If you want to get more customization options, Enterprise is the way to go. At this level, you can customize page layouts, modules, buttons, web tabs, and more. You also get the ability to build and distribute custom apps.

This plan is priced at $35/month/user for an annual contract and $45/month/user for a monthly contract.

Zoho Ultimate

If you want to get the most of out Zoho, the Ultimate plan is what you need. This plan includes everything that the Professional plan does and more. At this level, you also get Zoho Analytics which opens up a whole new world of options and information. Zoho Analytics is a self-service BI and data analytics software tool that helps you to visualize your data and analyze it in a unique way.

Zoho Ultimate offers greater storage space and much more advanced customizations, as well as data enrichment. You also get a free 30-day trial when you opt for this level of Zoho.

The Ultimate plan will cost your company $45/month/user on a yearly basis or $55/month/user on a monthly basis.
