What do you like best about Nimble?

The platform has a management of negative comments, which allows us to be aware of the negative comments made on social networks, website and google, so we can respond quickly and effectively, and avoid a bad online reputation. It allows us to integrate with various channels such as social networks, website and email, in addition to collecting data from all these channels in real time, thus having more and better control of our communication channels.

It helps me to be more hands-on and highly competitive around sales targets, and helps to be part of the process in terms of campaign distribution, customer follow-ups and providing marketing services. Nimble has unique support that helps to retain the development of the functions.

Nimble is awesome for small sales teams, especially if they’re tight with marketing. Automatically pulling info from social profiles is great, and integration with email systems is awesome. The price (almost literally) can’t be beat.

Nimble helps me manage my CRM and sales demands in various ways. It is one of the most critical weapons in my marketing arsenal, and I employ it in several ways.

What do you dislike about Nimble?

It is a program that can be complex if you do not have previous knowledge of similar programs. Its interface could be a little cleaner to generate less confusion in its use. The software can be expensive if additional tools are required. In our case, we used a couple of additional tools that raised the cost, but it was worth the price for the benefits we obtained.

Nimble has problems with the interface, resolutions do not adapt easily without first having to configure it manually.

Nimble does some things a little differently from most CRMs. A client that cut over from Salesforce, for instance, had some issues just learning where things are. If you’re learning on Nimble, though, you’re usually pretty good. Integrations with third parties aren’t always intuitive, particularly compared to automation-first solutions like ActiveCampaign.

What problems is Nimble solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this tool for the entire sales and customer service process of the company, in addition to keeping the inventory of our products in an orderly and efficient way. All from a single system and without the use of alternative programs. Its crm is very easy to use and allows us to see the assigned activities and organize ourselves better with the tasks of the day.

We are great conservatives of the right measure of fluid marketing. It’s extremely robust and powerful in PR and increases customers from activities. It works very well, it helps to establish multiple opportunities. It is synonymous with success and security in every way. With Nimble we can be a success with analytical opportunity management tools. Undoubtedly it offers great benefits of systematization and offers a service of quality and excellence to the measure.
