What do you like best about Nimble?

Nimble is awesome for small sales teams, especially if they’re tight with marketing. Automatically pulling info from social profiles is great, and integration with email systems is awesome. The price (almost literally) can’t be beat.

What do you dislike about Nimble?
It is a program that can be complex if you do not have previous knowledge of similar programs. Its interface could be a little cleaner to generate less confusion in its use. The software can be expensive if additional tools are required. In our case, we used a couple of additional tools that raised the cost, but it was worth the price for the benefits we obtained.
Nimble has problems with the interface, resolutions do not adapt easily without first having to configure it manually.
Nimble does some things a little differently from most CRMs. A client that cut over from Salesforce, for instance, had some issues just learning where things are. If you’re learning on Nimble, though, you’re usually pretty good. Integrations with third parties aren’t always intuitive, particularly compared to automation-first solutions like ActiveCampaign.
