What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

The short learning curve for users and the granular setup options you can customize for own purposes. No clutter or non-used ítems, it has the things you need for a primary to medium company looking to follow their sales more clearly. For the number of features, the price is super competitive.

It is a very simple and easy to implement software, totally intuitive, it has a good support and follow-up service.

Our team is enjoying the Sales Pipelines design of BIGIN. It makes the workflow more effective, and BIGIN makes the tasks easier.

IT IS MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE THAN the others.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Browser Notifications are missing. The Email templates can improve a little bit, and the default system notifications can´t be modified. Dashboards do not have pdf export option. Can´t determine incoming IMAP messages dates, it just grabs everything that the Inbox connected haves.

As I said it is very basic, I would have liked to be able to manage a product catalog and be able to quote from the software. I would also like it to have an area to manage a service ticket with a history of requests

The following happens. If you have never used a CRM, at the moment of experimenting, you are left wanting more. You have to understand the concept of this CRM to later grow and improve to the broader version. I like being able to see the finances of the clients but I would also like to be able to register the payments. I would like the social network to be LinkedIn instead of Twitter.

Maybe we can have more filters to segregate the user’s view and edit part, although it is a lot compared to what others are offering.

Also the task manager can have a calendar like setup which can be dragged and drop for the team members

What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple sales following, if data quality is monitored by admins, the lecture of the movements becomes easier. Out company have a better view of what is happening across sales deparments.

The problem of following up on customer quote requests in a very simple way was solved due to its pipeline design, which is very simple and intuitive.

He also organized the customer database for us
