What do you like best about Vendasta?

Shifting into a new career field is not the easiest thing in the world. I found the training in the Conquer Local Academy to be critical in my development as a new agency partner.

How intuitive it is to use and navigate. I feel like they really thought of things from the users POV and help with sales and marketing at every step of your business.

The Vendasta platform helps me grow my digital marketing agency by providing everything I need to succeed, including a Partner Center, Task Manager, Vendor Center and built-in CRM (Sales & Success Center).

Their online marketplace has over 200 digital solutions, allowing me to provide all of the digital tools and services that my clients will ever need. It also allows me to add my own products and services to my online store, enabling me to include upsells and additional value-added services to my clients.

New products are added to the marketplace regularly, providing a steady stream of new solutions that I can offer my clients.

The most beautiful part of Vendasta is the option to offer my services and products and make them accessible via Vendasta. I appreciate getting prompt responses when I have questions or need assistance. Being able to monitor the growth of my business or clients at any moment is also a significant selling feature for me. I’ve been searching for a solution like this for quite some time, and I’m glad I finally found it!

Since I became a Vendasta Partner, I have not felt alone despite being the only one running my business at the moment. Amanda had assured me that the Vendasta team would do everything possible to help me succeed. I’ve been working with Ivan and Sumit on learning and getting guidance as I learn all the tools available to me. Ivan has been an excellent example of what it means to go above and beyond when I have questions. Sumit has been like my Jedi Master teaching me the way of the Jedi as a new marketing agency looking to master the way of Vendasta. At this point, I am merely a student, but I can say without a doubt that I have already had a super awesome experience. Glad I made this investment to take my marketing agency to the next level by partnering with Vendasta.

What do you dislike about Vendasta?

Not much honestly. There are a couple of typos in the training materials, and one of the modules shows I haven’t finished even though I have completed all the modules, and scored 100% on the quizzes. The back end of Partner Center is a bit confusing at times. It’s not always super clear how to set up my clients for billing, but then place the order myself on the same day. Example: Client wants to set up their campaign in 2 weeks, that’s no problem since I can use the automatic invoicing, but I don’t know how to set my order up for 2 weeks. I just see the option to place the order right then and there. This was adressed recently, but it was confusing for me.

My only complaint is that as new products are brought into the Marketplace, it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with all of the new solutions that I can offer my clients.

I wouldn’t say I like the overwhelming amount of options on Vendasta. Too many choices can be frustrating and make it difficult to find what I’m looking for. However, I understand that this allows for agencies to grow and upgrade their services as time goes on.

Being limited to Stripe as a payment processor. I’ve had issues with Stripe that still need to be addressed but at the very least, I know that I have alternatives until my issue is resolved but this should have more flexibility.

What problems is Vendasta solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vendasta is solving problems for my clients which are all local business owners. Problems of inaccuracy in their online listings, and helping them rank on the first page of Google. There are many more solutions that Vendasta is offering like creating advtertising and video campaigns to help lift the obscurity that prevents many businesses from growing to their best version.

streamline every aspect of my business. From prospecting to opening clients with a valid “why me” to being able to actually show them where they are relative to the market and what they can do. And then I can show them data proving the improvements we got them.

The ability to more efficiently provide an expanding set of solutions and services to my clients, with the option of outsourcing fulfilment, so I can focus on sales and growth.
