What do you like best about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?
I think that hands down with all of the CRMs that I’ve tested, VTiger by far has the best user experience. We paid to have a company set the system up for us but I was able to find (on my own) where to make chagnes and modifications which has made this system very intuitive to use.
It is an all-in-one review. Almost everything you needed can be found on the CRM though the options are very limited to free edition users. It is overall good for a free one.
VTiger has great functionality for lead generation & conversion. The appointment pages allow our team to do all the work in one place without linking to other apps.
As a service business, Services, Projects, and Project Tasks make all the difference as we can keep all the information on a client in one place for a customer-centric view.
The system is so easy to set up and configure. We need to be flexible and we get that with VTiger. We can build our own modules, set up our own workflows, and configure the system ourselves.
The reporting tools and customizable dashboards are great and make it possible to really manage by trend and exception.
Vtiger has a standard set-ups, but can be easily customized by the users themselves answering to the specific needs and procedures of our company. The customer service is also fast and friendly.
Interact with other users, and have the relevant information of my clients, to be able to manage and manage the information. I can also record the information of my co-possession and make a comparison.
What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?
I do not like that workflow emails do not allow for templates.
It is a nice free edition, however, you limited the email credits too little and it doesn’t refresh. It would be nice if the credits will refresh every day. We haven’t had spam complaints, unsubscribes etc but still stock to 1 email credit. We can’t also delete email templates and add our own, we can just edit them and it takes time every time we do a campaign rather than send a customized saved template already. We should also be able to not include a footer “powered by vtiger” to make the email more personal.
Functionality for the creation and management of drip email campaigns would really help as we need to use a separate system for that.
It’s doesn’t have the same add-ins or integrations like a salesforce or other, but they are working on it and their pricing is also more small enterprise-friendly. The mobile app isn’t great however, out sales agents can’t really follow-up incoming mails or clients from their phone. Laptop or PC seems required.
The interfaces are perhaps not entirely user-friendly, perhaps because of the names, additionally there are not all users who require interaction with the platform. I would like there to be a way to establish reports where they can be mounted as news and information relevant to all areas of the company.
What problems is Vtiger All-In-One CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using Google sheets to track all of our leads and follow-up communications which has been very difficult. We are not able to see a history of contacts and none of the data is updated automatically. VTiger will free us up to focus on the items we need to be doing instead of the hours that we waste trying to figure out what we should be doing. It also allows our whole organization to see who else has contacted a client so that we are not double contacting. We are really looking forward to how much
It is making our life easy by putting everything in place. It’s benefiting small and medium companies like we have. It also has analytics in it that we can check to see how we do in our marketing.
As a services business, it is hard to track operational activities and to check that things are happening the way they should. VTiger has made it easy to create activity checklists, project tasks, and workflows that have allowed us to scale. We don’t need to use external apps to create surveys, link & share calendars, etc. This reduces a lot of hassle and costs! The customer portal has made it easy for partners to work with us.
