What is Spiro ?
Spiro is a proactive relationship management platform that automatically creates contacts, organizes and prioritizes opportunities, and proactively recommends next steps to move all your team’s deals forward. Spiro takes the work out of sales and provides managers with intelligent sales reports that help turn their sales team into a sales machine.
What do you like best about Spiro?
Some of the highlights are:

– Reminder function is much better than in other CRM systems and a very useful tool
– Creating reports and exporting information is very convenient
Spiro AI is a great CRM to use. It’s very easy and intuitive, especially for small, mid, and large companies. They go above making the experience for clients the best.
I appreciate the pipeline view for leads, as it can really help with visualization. I also like that it automatically connects to social media profiles and websites, making it easier to connect with prospects. They recently integrated a campaign feature, which is basically allowing. you to send out emails at a specific date and time, which is good for the “set it and forget it” kind of outreach. I also like that you can group people to a company, but different opportunities, if needed. This helps with larger organiziatiions that have multiple brands.
The access to a team of passionate responsive managers that are open to suggestions that will enhance the spiro user experience.
Spiro is an accurate and precise tool, I love that it is punctual and so friendly. The follow-up that I now provide to my customers is more productive and gives me more time to focus on what is most profitable.

Share reports with colleagues could be easier (like in Salesforce) just add (@ Max) and the colleague receives a notice

It is not easy to adjust campaigns. You cannot change the date, you have to completely re-add the campaign email template. It is not as easy as I think it should be to add new prospects. You have to go to the “contacts” tab. I wish there was a way to “save and add another” or something similar. The spiro assistant has been changed a lot, and it never seems to show me only my contacts. They also have updated it again, and I’m not really sure how best to utilize it.
*Duplicate accounts.
*No 3-way calling.
*Automatic syncing of phone numbers and emails when a contact is created. Unread text messages should automatically be funneled to the top of the notifications text message card.
What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of my customers is so much easier with Spiro.
With a huge amount of different customers it is not easy to remember every information. With the reminder function and other tools of Spiro indeed it is possible to not forget tasks and important information gained during customer visits and phone calls.
Also the opportunities can be easily managed. Opportunities at risk show for example where it is reasonable to invest some further time
As a small business, we are using Spiro integrated with our ERP/MRP software. We can pull client information from our primary ERP/MRP and have a more flexible tool for sales. The Spiro team even was able to build out a quoting platform for us to use which makes it easy to send our clients quotes and populate opportunity information.
Keeping all of our leads in one place, calculating our pipeline and sales values, pipeline visualization, close rate, sales reporting, basic automation for sales nurturing.
*Text Conversation Time Update allows me to have a clear timestamp on conversations.
*Adding a search option within that transcription drawer will give the quick ability to search for key terms that are of importance to the user versus scouring the transcript to locate specific words.
