What do you like best about Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform?
I love how Upsales keeps track and helps me organize my costumers so I never miss a thing. Upsales also helps me sell more with the wonderful prospecting tool. Compared to other programs I’ve used in the past Upsales actually push me towards selling.
Upsales provides tools for all our daily sales processes & helps to collaborate with our teams so that we can effectively promote sales through the full sales cycle. Using its advanced filter options we can segregate and have a clear view even if we huge amount of data is involved. It can also generate & upload leads, track all our daily sales activities and integrate seamlessly with other applications for receiving notifications on a real-time basis.
It’s very easy to learn, and gets a good overview of your sales and Prospects. It has so many helpful tools to contact and schedule appointments for example. It’s like 100 times easier and better then Superoffice.

The most helpuful thing for me is that its very easy to keep information on different customers and its easy to navigate in. i love upsales
What do you dislike about Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform?
At the moment, there’s nothing I Dislike about Upsales, of course there are small tweaks I would like to implement but the team at Upsales is very helpful and see’s to our needs.
Nothing in particular to dislike about the services offered by Upsales. It helps us notify on our orders, booked appointments and other opportunities through its integration with Microsoft Teams. It also aids us to analyze our sales history & provides effective recommendations on smart action plans for closing deals.
We could use a photo album opportunity but it’s not necessary. We found another easy solution for that, we just use dropbox for the photos. All in all it’s a very good service.
The is not much to not like with Upsales. Something that would be nice to have, but not a must have – To be able to change the colours/logos and adapt in to our brand.
theres a feq bugs sometimes for me for instance: if i write down something and klick save, it doesent save all the time so i have to rewrite.
What problems is Upsales Sales and Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use the Upsales sales part of Upsales, it definetly solves alot of issues finding new prospects and help me to get control over my customers. I have only used Upsales for a few months but I’m looking forward to see how much Upsales increase sales.
Upsales is beneficial in saving a lot of time while managing our sales lifecycle. We can customize our deals pipeline as per our client’s expectations through its fields & attributes sections. We can easily track our customer emails, sales flow and important meetings in a single pane of glass thanks to the Upsales platform. It also provides valuable insights between project work & recurring work from which we gain clear observability of our orders.
We have so many different customers, and very specific needs from all of them. We don’t have him single customer that’s exactly like the other one periodically we have a very high demand and need to figure out which one to focus on. We really benefit from the overview on all of the prospects.

Pros
Easy to use and straightforward. Good integration with Outlook. leads generator.
Using only one software instead of many – clearly a big advantage. Then maybe Uppsala is not the absolute best in all areas. But due to new features and good thoughts, it just gets better and better
I really like how easy the system is to use in general and how you can use the system for follow up on sales through the Analytics tool and Upsales Insights. The modules that can be added on are also great such as the Sales TV or Advanced order logic.
It’s very intuiative and easy to use. It’s also a powerful tool for all necessary reports that you need.
Cons
We had of cause some hiccups at the start of implementing Upsales and in the long run, it works terrific!
The price and that it is not a bit developed yet like many other services if you choose a service that only does one thing. But it’s still really good!
Whilst the system is great it is not perfect. Like I said it is easy to use but sometimes when you are looking for information for a company, for example a comment made from the salesperson, the comment isn’t easy to find. It might be on the compant card or the sales oppurtunity or even on the original meeting. If these would be gathered in oneplace the experience would be better. There are other kinks with some Apps, such as calender syncing and such that could be better aswell.
We tried out the agreement-module two years ago but it didn’t meet our demands. Recantly there have been some updates, so hopefully we can use the module in the future. It would be great to be able to have all our customer contracts in Upsales as well.
