OnePageCRM

What is OnePageCRM?

OnePageCRM is the 1st action-focused sales CRM that helps small and medium-sized businesses stay in control of their sales. Focus on what needs to be done next, follow up with every lead, keep the team on the same page, and close more deals, one sales action at a time. Save time and automate your admin and data entry. Generate leads in a click from anywhere on the web. Reap the CRM benefits on the go with iOS and Android mobile apps. Any questions? We offer support via email, phone and chat.
You can use this CRM to add tasks/reminders next to every contact and receive automatic notifications when the next follow-up is due. Unique CRM features:
— Action Stream: In OnePageCRM, you can add tasks and reminders with due dates to every contact in your database. You can sort your contacts by alphabet, company name, and task’s due date. You can run your whole business from OnePageCRM without switching between spreadsheets and to-do apps.
— Contact management: All contact information is on one scrollable page, including past and future interactions and touchpoints. With OnePageCRM, you can also visualize relationships between contacts (e.g. who’s a decision maker, and so on). If you work with freelancers, you can share only specific contacts with them by giving them Focused User access to your database.
— Email management: Send emails in bulk from within your CRM, keep all email templates in one place, attach files to templates, track email opens, fully sync your email client with OnePageCRM, and much more. This is your ultimate Email Hub!
— Lead generation: Use unique lead generation and lead capture tools for free. Capture contact details from any web page with Lead Clipper and automatically create new contacts in your CRM account. Build free and simple online forms with unlimited submissions. More CRM features:
— Pipeline & deal management: Drag-and-drop functionality, automatic sales revenue prediction, Kanban view, and in-built sales quote management tool.
— Sales & workflow automation: Automated workflow process and custom automations built via the Autoflow feature.
— Free mobile CRM apps: mobile CRM, AI-powered Route Planner for field sales, Speed Dialer, and Business Card Scanner.
— CRM reporting features: View real-time activities across the whole CRM account, build custom reports, mention team members in notes, and assign tasks to colleagues.
— CRM integrations: Integrate with apps, such as Mailchimp, Xero, Google apps, Skype, Evernote, WhatsApp, and many more. You can also build custom integrations with our open API.
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The ability to take notes and see the previous entries quickly at a glance.

We have been using One Page for about 7 years now and it is very easy to use, integrates where we need it to and is robust enough without weighing us down with features. We don’t use the sales funnel features but that isn’t cumbersome or anything.

Productivity is key for every business. One Page CRM helps me to stay productive and focused on the connections and clients I have.

As a Productivity Coach I recommend One Page CRM to my client because it’s easy to use. Where other CRM’s have a huge learning curve, One Page CRM is simple to use yet robust to help me track sales. Based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) model having the next action with every person makes follow-up simple.

They have excellent tech support to help when I’ve needed it. This saves me time as I don’t have to fumble around trying to figure it out myself.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Not too many integration options, since transitioning to Monday it’s been nice to have a more visual board of my contacts/clients.

Honestly, they are ever evolving and if we have some feedback to make things easier and they are always really responsive and helpful. No complaints.

I’ve used One Page CRM for years. They are continually working to make the product better and I’ve seen improvements that help me track connections and sales.

If you have a large sales team, it starts to get expensive.

The graphical interface could be better but that’s also what’s genius about it

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping notes on meetings clients and being able to tag managers/other team members.

We were using an Excel spread sheet to keep our customer and contact records and now we have One Page (for 7 years). We now have over 20,000 contacts so we are able to easily categorize and sort all of these different kinds of prospects (many are just interested in general and follow along). I consider a good CRM system an absolutely vital component in a business of any size and One Page is a very good system.

In networking events and meetings, I meet so many people in a week. One Page CRM allows me to pull information from LinkedIn and skip manually entering in contact information. It helps me track all the information I need to make my connections meaningful.

Pros

“OnePageCRM has helped us to manage our lead pipeline and to stay focused on following up with prospects each and every day.”
“Would highly recommend for any small business starting out, it’s invaluble for tracking your leads and keeping on top of follow-ups, etc. Might be a bit limited for larger organisations.”
“But if you and your team are pretty self sufficient I think it’s a great tool.”
“Very few leads get lost and it is a very useful tool to keep all contacts in one place and manage your audiences.”

Cons

“There is no option to import deals (only contacts). I had to manually enter over 500 of them.”
“The integration with Chrome (auto-filling contact info) got stuck a couple of times. But that could have been on my end.”
“Email Templates are very difficult to use and needs big upgrade. Should include recent history list so you dont have to search again.”
“Honestly, nothing really stands out. I could complain that I don’t like the color scheme for some of the dashboards, but that would just be petty of me.”
