What is Odoo ?

Odoo is a completely customizable, fully integrated, all-in-one open-source software packed with hundreds of expertly designed business applications. Odoo offers up everything a business needs to run efficiently, such as CRM, Sales, Project, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Accounting, just to name a few. Regardless of size or budget, Odoo is tailor-made to help companies grow with their wide array of efficient, easy-to-use business solutions.
With over 5 million users, Odoo is the #1 Open Source CRM software!
Odoo CRM allows sales teams to easily keep track of their top leads and opportunities. Users can personalize their sales cycle, take control of their statistics/forecasts, and even create marketing campaign automation to increase their overall sales performance.
With Odoo CRM, users can get more leads than ever before. They can also follow-up on phone calls and meetings. Sales teams are able to analyze the quality of their leads, make faster decisions, and save time by integrating emails from all contacts directly into this fully integrated application.
In our latest version (Odoo 14), UTM fields are available as optional fields. Users can handle recurring revenues and manage renewal intervals, as well. Also, you can turn emails received in your Outlook mailbox into leads, and log their content as internal notes. In addition to that, users can now search for leads and opportunities based on phone numbers.
Users can track their opportunities pipeline in just a few simple steps, thanks to Odoo’s user-friendly Kanban view. Users get an overview of their sales funnel, as well as instant visual information about their next steps, new messages, best opportunities, and expected incomes.
The one-of-a-kind Odoo CRM marketing campaign system automates lead acquisitions, follow-ups, and special offers. Users can also determine automated actions based on predefined rules.

Odoo CRM’s key features are: a Kanban view to track the sales opportunities pipeline, a clear view of the next steps and actions to complete, automated creation of leads based on incoming emails (or coming directly from a website), and users can use their own email client! What more could you ask for?!

What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

the day-to-day sales operation process can be managed through the Odoo CRM system like a Pipeline to sales quotation. the kanban view is very helpful to manage the day-to-day operation and I very very like to MIS report structure

It is flexible and easy to use; a minor revision can help to work on odoo. The best think about this ERP software was its simple use both for inventory as well as Accounts.

A one-stop solution for businesses of all sizes. Here you can find all the necessary functions for a variety of tasks. Including complex and work flow. Universal CRM for enterprises of any size organizations.

The inventory management and tracking system of Odoo was one of the best I have used. If you have a vast list of products and specifications, Odoo records them neatly for all concerned parties to view with ease.

Odoo has assisted us in securely automating our company processes while increasing income. Odoo’s main feature is its open-source software, which you can download and install on your own server, making it more safe and trustworthy. It also has eCommerce, point-of-sale, and project management tools. Odoo offers, as expected, a single, complete platform for inventory and sales planning management.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

calendar appointment workflow is a little bit difficult. in this window, adding information facility is very limited

I may not say it doesn’t work well, but sometimes it hangs in between working, and it may cost a downfall for this. Maybe the improvement at the backend of this software can be helpful for users,

It seemed to me that not everything is convenient with integrations. Some things will be difficult to do without the involvement of third-party developers. And this can lead to very large additional costs.

The design. It is too cramped up and as a beginner hard to navigate. But over time it gets easier to use.

A specialized team is required to plan as it is a open source. For third party components better support is required. We would like to suggest odoo to make a plan for a good support system while using third party components otherwise the tool is really good

What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I faced a big problem managing sales pipeline details before moving the Odoo CRM System at the time period I did it using Microsoft XL .after moving the Odoo CRM I can manage mu sales pipeline accuracy and to date.

The use of Odoo CRM makes it simple for sales teams to monitor their best leads and possibilities. Users may customize their sales cycle, take charge of their projections and analytics, and even automate marketing campaigns to improve their overall sales success.

It is critical for us to have all customer and order information in one place. As well as warehousing and logistics. And all this to combine with working processes. Here we seem to be able to close most of these issues.

I used Odoo to track inventory of hundreds of products. Whenever I had any customer inquiries, I was able to quickly look up all the product details so I can convey it to the customer without any delays.

Our business process entails overseeing the sales process as well as inventory and stock management, with a strong emphasis on integrating operations. Odoo has been successful in doing so. We can now manage the orders of our customers and deliver them quickly. This tool has mobile functionality as well as a product scanning barcode system.
