What do you like best about Oracle EBS CRM?
Ability to personalize marketing campaigns and customer data can be manage very easily and in a effective manner, which helps us to understand the customer needs.
It is some what efficient and my initial impression is the it is easy to use. There is fine grained control over cost and budgets. It is scalable and suitable for very big organizations.
Oracle EBS has a wide range of functionality, so it works well for many of our departments, including finance, shipping, POs, and inventory transactions.
UI is very user friendly,
Functional setups are straight forward can be learnt by amatures as well with a simple training
What do you dislike about Oracle EBS CRM?
Sometimes when the internet connection is poor using the platform becomes a bit difficult and unreliable. Oracle should make some improvements so it can run on a slower internet connection as well
I feel the it is slightly overpriced compared to it’s competitors. The interface could have been little bit more intuitive. As it is on Prem it would require a dedicated Database Administrator to manage efficiently. The cloud based solutions are easier to use and comes with support.
Because Oracle EBS covers all business functions, it was implemented as a single-use SaaS for our company, but it does not have the needed functionality to handle a Depot Repair program. It is inflexible, does not scale with high volume, and data entry errors are not easily fixed. We have also had bugs that were sent to Oracle but were never resolved, requiring more time from our departments to fix or workaround.
I feel like EBS is a bit slow compare to other products in the market
We currently don’t dislike anything from it as we are gaining more time and efficiently measuring our client information.

We are using Oracle EBS for customers data management. We got the effective solution for our order management. Customers all time accessible data makes us enable to understand the need of the client and to offer them a solution for their requirements.
We used Oracle EBS CRM to manage our clients sales and marketing. To some extent it was helpful for us to take better decisions in a cost effective manner. It helps to manage orders.
In my department, Oracle is our primary service for Depot Repair and inventory tracking. We also use it in other departments through our company and have used Oracle EBS for several years. It does have the benefit of keeping a lot of data and processes in one location and providing access to only those who need it.
