Simple to use on any device including my laptop, iPad or iPhone and a an excellent web based solution with pricing based on a SaaS annual billing basis per user and by module, if required.

Homepage widgets easy to create and move around. Sales funnel easy to keep on top of. I loved the outstanding tasks and overdue tasks function and could really keep on top of these.
I like the ability to add a substantial amount of information to each record. Everything from contact information to notes. The tasks help keep me on track and assigning responsible parties help a lot with my organization. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of searching the database for a past record.
We have adapted the CRM system to meet our team’s needs, the RSS support team has been brilliant in helping us with this. We always get a friendly and timely response.
The facility to track an opportunity, link it to a campaign and progress it to a sale has been invaluable as a sales tool. This has enabled us to evaluate our campaigns and work on improving them.
The reporting enables management to have visibility of the hard work the sales team are putting in. We can establish our best sales methods, for example outgoing calls versus email success rate to ensure we are using the sales teams time to the most benefit to the company.
We have also used the the win/loss reports to enable us to develop products to met market needs. Identifying why we have lost an opportunity has helped us identify and prioritise any product development required. It has also helped us review our pricing strategy.
What do you dislike about Really Simple Systems?
As with all software applications there are some things that are not perfect such as the new beta data import capabilities, but the support is excellent helping me from data import, accidental deletion of one of marketing campaigns, so any identified problems are quickly dealt with or new functionality goes into the product road-map.
Only gripe I had was a bug I spotted which I couldn’t replicate which was putting the wrong notes into the wrong accounts but sadly I never reply to them as didn’t take any screenshots to send to their support team. This bug only appeared after recent update in 2021.
Support team was not easily available when calling and couldn’t find any live chat function as far as I was aware.
I wish there was an option to have a “history” or other way of tracking specific transactions. Not just tasks or activates, but things that I mark as being of particular importance so I don’t have to search through a long list to find the information that I need.
What problems is Really Simple Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Centralised CRM data resource accessible on any device that I need to use depending on my location and environment.
2. Integrated marketing module gives an excellent dashboard view of my email campaigns as well included reports and simple dashboard widgets to give me very useful data views.
3. Simple and easy to use as its name suggests.
4. All my disparate data over the last 20 years brought into a single application backed up with CRM tasks, opportunity management, sales pipeline view and the ability to manage everything I need in 1 single place.
I represent a non-profit and we use it to track potential and current grant funders. RSS allows me to rate the possibility of funding, track deadlines, and record proposals. It is extremely helpful!
