What do you like best about Deskera CRM?

It’s a suite of essential tools. I find the accounting tools most advanced – with invoicing and a dashboard showing helpful graphs. Their CRM also has a bunch of exciting functions. We’ve been looking for the right tool to solve these needs for our business.

It has a lot of potential but any new product is as good as their founders. How else do you build credibility for something with bugs and gaps? The founders should be responsive and helpful.

This this case, poor show by the founder!

I love the reality I can put together my whole business work process in one apparatus and see it in one dashboard. I’m a sole proprietor of my little office, so productivity and speed are something of quintessence. I feel Deskera’s CRM has permitted me to unify every one of my cycles into one simple-to-follow arrangement.

Most other CRMs we used were either too complicated or didn’t have all the features we needed. Deskera crm has solved all these problems and more! It’s easy to use UI allows us to manage leads, accounts and opportunities without any training at all – even in complex situations like managing multiple clients with different products in various stages of the sales funnel. The support team is also very helpful when we need help setting up integrations with third party software like Zapier or MailChimp so that we can sync data between systems automatically. Overall it has been a great experience working with this product!

What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?

I’ve been encountering a lot of issues with this software lately. The invoice gets sent to the customer on the wrong date with the wrong due date. There are also instances where the invoice and reminders for overdue payments are not sent to the customer. Moreover, merge tags that are not populated in emails are sent to the customer and recurring invoices could not be changed or discontinued. Also, just recently, all invoices and reminders sent from Deskera are going to spam which is why our clients cannot pay their invoices. It’s very frustrating. I have reported the issue and nothing has been done to fix it.

The founders are unresponsive and also went back in their promise.

I have every screenshot of the emails and conversations if someone would life to differ or may want to seek more details.

I can’t see anything wrong with this tool. I would love to see this come to life!

It would be fabulous to have the option of white labeling the CRM. It’s always a good PR boost to show clients and staff that we created or developed our own system.

What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

None at all. It used to work for me, but now it does not seem to do its job properly. It’s affecting our business as it’s giving a very bad impression to our customers.

I am a small business and sometimes it gets overwhelming to look at various aspects of the business under one umbrella. That’s where this is helping me.

I sincerely feel like I have a VA with Deskera’s CRM. Taking into account how youthful the item is, I can envision it developing to turning into an extremely strong CRM in any event for exceptionally enormous groups.

I’ve used other CRM systems, but Deskera is by far the best. It allows me to handle everything I need for my company. I can manage my clients and sales pipeline, market my business, and provide support. The system is simple to use, important corporate elements are incorporated, and add-ons are available to enhance functionality.
