What do you like best about Apptivo?
You can start small, e.g. with the CRM apps, and then add more apps while your business is growing. The tool offers many apps that cover almost all needs of a small to medium-sized company. It is highly customizable, e.g. customer specific fields can be added or removed, the layout can be adapted, and the print documents can be adjusted the ways you want them. It is even possible to setup your own apps within just a few minutes. Thanks to a really exceptionally good support you can do all of that yourself. Overall, the platform offers a good value to prize ratio.
Compared to other CRM’s I find the customization unparalleled and the automation of moving from lead to opportunity to project very important. Everything is captured.

Cloud Based. Fairly customizable. I am always able to get an agent through the embedded chat widget. It is like have a teacher or assistant sitting beside me all the time.
Easy interface and access to the functions and can be customized according to our needs with good customer service they provide.
What do you dislike about Apptivo?
While some of the older apps have become rather sophisticated and stable (e.g. CRM apps), newer apps have not yet reached the same level of stability. If you use the platform extensively and start to use some of the great features, to perfectionize your setup, you will most likely run into some issues. The behavior of the parametrization tools is not always the same throughout the different apps.
On the support pages – once you’re in an article, there is no “search bar” so I constantly have to go back to the service home page – it’s irritating and inefficient. Also, it doesn’t seem to have a zapier integration, which is a bit problematic ultimately. I’m trying to figure out a way around that.
Need to improve their packages and apps.,
Support service insuficient
I find there is a little too much drill-down required when trying to find info. It would be nice if some things were only 1 click away instead of 3 or 4. BUT once I get comfortable knowing how to do things, it’s not that bad. Just nit-picking here.
What problems is Apptivo solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Apptivo as integrated CRM and ERP platform for sales funnel, quotes, supply chain management including inventory, order management, invoicing, contract management and customer service. We intend to add help desk features and email marketing in the near future. There are more apps for human resources (including expenses), finances and email campaigns etc.
I really need a system that tracks many client variables – while I won’t use all 350 custom fields, I have so much to track to create a stress-free delivery for my services
