It helps to keep your information in 1 place for the whole organization to access. It is safe and secure as well as easy to use. It keeps people within the organization organized and held accountable for the tasks they are responsible for within the system. It will track and show you if there are people that have not completed their jobs, and you can see if there is an issue at that stage within the organization.
The customer interfacing with the ERP systems has improved a lot with this tool. The processes have become simplified, and the screens easier to handle for any new users. Excellent improvement in an already fantastic solution.

This platform requires a lot of knowledge since it is a very advanced service for which if you do not know about the application you will have problems when using it for your needs since it contains many functions that can confuse you and cause you to delay or inconvenience the list of product numbers can get you in trouble as they can be confusing and their number sequence can be wrong and waste your time with the list of your projects.
When the internet is down or slows, the program will not run properly. The program will close and kick you out and lock you out of a QN that you are working on at the time of the interruption.
The customizability of the product has suffered. SAP needs to find a way to integrate the old business customization options to improve flexibility in this product. However, the improvements being done in this domain are phenomenal.
Sap issue hang sometime. Buffering issue is there for sap cloud. Sometimes uploaded files failed to open.likely to crashed.sap app home page is back dated.could be modified.

We use SAP to organize our data, whether from our clients, users, projects, or sales, among, others because it offers us a configuration that allows us to analyze our data, customize our reports in the database and carry out an exact and satisfying administration with data from our organization, it is also used as a business tool as they are very extensive and business users fin these marketing tools very intuitive and this improves our productivity.
Our company uses it to track products that we manufacture. We use it for hold and release issues, documentation storage, and customer complaint data.
It has made user interaction with SAP easier. The screens are easily understandable and the overall solution is faster than before. User issues and support needs have drastically gone down. The need to train user groups has also gone down significantly.
