What do you like best about AddressTwo?
Its design is very basic, it is all right away, the tools and functionalities within the menu are quite well explained and above all it is quite simple to add new contacts and organize them, this is a really important element for us, as we consider that in the section of sales it is essential to have all the details and information of each client well structured.
The files can be downloaded to open them on other platforms and analyze the data you have obtained within AdressTwo. This is also important, since by allowing you to download the information you get a copy in case there is a failure and you can also observe the data in more detail using external sources for deep analysis.
We have received quick responses from the support when we have had any questions and have also helped us to integrate information from other systems within AdressTwo, we have reduced the time of data integration within their software.
What do you dislike about AddressTwo?
The systems works great. They are constantly improving and changing so any thing that I disliked in the past has already been improved.
I have no complaints about this system. Troy and the AddressTwo team have been excellent in the on-boarding process and very responsive in coaching us through as we continue to learn the system.
When synchronizing the contacts within the AddresTwo platform we had a small problem. We had some duplicate contacts and the system did not detect them well and I configured them in a double way, so we had to delete them and put them back again. They helped us to solve this problem, it was nothing really negative, just a small mistake we had when inserting contacts twice.
Nothing – they do everything we need at the time.
When growing the product, the organic develop cycle was occasionally longer than my organizational needs. However–each set of features has always been clean and thorough.
What problems is AddressTwo solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much larger and updated database of clients within AdressTwo, this allows us to better divide our teams and our activities. We have more defined products that we want to promote and sell to each group of users and the information we want each of them to receive.
By defining more user groups we can reduce the time invested in dividing the groups and use that time to carry out more complete campaigns that attract more to our customers.
We have also reduced the time for inserting notes and analyzing reports, since with the information we obtain through this software, we do not need more applications to do analytics, we download the data in CSV and open them in our computer with Excel to be able to analyze it more deeply
As mentioned, I have cut my time in half in regards to adding data and notes. I have also eliminated spreadsheets and double entry data which enabled me to maximize my prospecting behaviors and stay in front of my prospects/customers in a timely manner.
A2 provides accountability for our sales teams with their communication with our potential customers.
