What is AddressTwo?

AddressTwo is a simple CRM system specially designed for the needs of small businesses. As an all-in-one solution, AddressTwo combines both the relational, out-bound selling tools such as contact management, tasks, and follow-up tracking with the marketing tools such as email marketing, inbound capturing through webforms, and autoresponders. Use marketing analytics to see who your most engaged leads are at any time and then follow up.
AddressTwo is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution developed by small business owners. It helps teams manage their contacts, leads, follow-up tasks and other sales and marketing activities.
Applications included in AddressTwo include Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, customer service, help desk, customer analytics and more. It’s best suited for companies with less than $5M in annual revenue, and can support a wide variety of industries: consulting, hospitality, real estate, education, distribution and more.
There are three editions for different business sizes. Since AddressTwo is cloud-based, it’s accessible from any device with an internet connection.
From a single database, users can take advantage of tools including email, postcard and SMS marketing capabilities. Outbound communication, including newsletters, promotions, and holiday cards, are also available. The system offers Addy, a built-in virtual assistant, who sends daily email reminders of tasks due.
What do you like best about AddressTwo?

Its design is very basic, it is all right away, the tools and functionalities within the menu are quite well explained and above all it is quite simple to add new contacts and organize them, this is a really important element for us, as we consider that in the section of sales it is essential to have all the details and information of each client well structured.

The files can be downloaded to open them on other platforms and analyze the data you have obtained within AdressTwo. This is also important, since by allowing you to download the information you get a copy in case there is a failure and you can also observe the data in more detail using external sources for deep analysis.

We have received quick responses from the support when we have had any questions and have also helped us to integrate information from other systems within AdressTwo, we have reduced the time of data integration within their software.

I’ve worked on various CRM systems and this is the easiest and most effective I have had the pleasure using. Additionally, in my position, i work with sales people everyday and the biggest complaint is the time they have to spend on cumbersome CRM’s, taking away from their selling time. Using AddressTwo has cut my time in half on data entry.
I love working with Troy & Nick. I was apart of our integration from conception to birth and they made everything as seamless as possible. They have been great with assisting us to reach our goals.
What do you dislike about AddressTwo?

The systems works great. They are constantly improving and changing so any thing that I disliked in the past has already been improved.

I have no complaints about this system. Troy and the AddressTwo team have been excellent in the on-boarding process and very responsive in coaching us through as we continue to learn the system.

When synchronizing the contacts within the AddresTwo platform we had a small problem. We had some duplicate contacts and the system did not detect them well and I configured them in a double way, so we had to delete them and put them back again. They helped us to solve this problem, it was nothing really negative, just a small mistake we had when inserting contacts twice.

Nothing – they do everything we need at the time.

When growing the product, the organic develop cycle was occasionally longer than my organizational needs. However–each set of features has always been clean and thorough.

What problems is AddressTwo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a much larger and updated database of clients within AdressTwo, this allows us to better divide our teams and our activities. We have more defined products that we want to promote and sell to each group of users and the information we want each of them to receive.

By defining more user groups we can reduce the time invested in dividing the groups and use that time to carry out more complete campaigns that attract more to our customers.

We have also reduced the time for inserting notes and analyzing reports, since with the information we obtain through this software, we do not need more applications to do analytics, we download the data in CSV and open them in our computer with Excel to be able to analyze it more deeply

As mentioned, I have cut my time in half in regards to adding data and notes. I have also eliminated spreadsheets and double entry data which enabled me to maximize my prospecting behaviors and stay in front of my prospects/customers in a timely manner.

A2 provides accountability for our sales teams with their communication with our potential customers.
