What do you like best about Maximizer CRM?
Maximizer CRM provides some of the best analysis by analysing all the inputs and leaving nothing. It provides comprehensive insights which makes sense as much that even a layman can understand. The best thing is its customized insights, so it is not a plug and play type of insights but a detailed analysis which clearly list with specificity and simplicity what actually is the way forward. And of course they have speedy service which helps in timely completion of projects. Their analysis is very clear and concise that it takes no time to think about the solutions and come up with effective ways to solve the problems analysed in their reports. Finally their pricing is very much justified as they are providing unmatchable services at given price.

What do you dislike about Maximizer CRM?
Sometimes they provide with too much factor analysis that it gives contradictory results and it then becomes difficult to decide on the potential solutions. This happens a few times not frequently especially when there are a lot of data that needs to be analyzed in less time. Maybe increased used of AI and ML can help them to increse their productivity and reduce erroneous suggestions.
There is nothing about Maximizer to dislike!!
Phone Field reformats to an unfriendly format, deleting hyphens.
Occasionally it is a bit glitchy but rebooting the program usually fixes any problems.
They have no customer service department. They have a training guide, but limited staff. It was not a good experience.
Nothing was as advertised, from the user experience to the security of purchase. The address book was not able to be converted from the Leads module and the maps feature wasn’t able to connect from Leads. The mobile version has a lot of bugs and isn’t very functional. They have a tutorial, yet aren’t proactive in distributing it to new users. Their focus is on sales. And it’s not a very salable product in my opinion. The worst aspect of this company is that they aren’t risk free. If you purchase a year software and decide after a few weeks it simply isn’t for your company, there are no refunds. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank after being told that “unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions…” No customer wants to hear that.
They tried to bully me into keeping their software. There are far too many options in 2021 for CRM to be forced into one, especially one so difficult to use. When I asked about a feature that I needed, I was told, “Perhaps later this year…” Not what I need if I’m paying good money for a software. Their sales VP wouldn’t call me when I requested a call after being denied a refund.
When I went through their main website again after my experience with Maximizer, I noticed that everything they advertise is not in line with the product they put out. They say that there’s a free trial available. Not the truth. Any company who can’t be trusted to keep their word on something so simple isn’t reputable.
What problems is Maximizer CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizer CRM has quite considerably freed up resources that my organisation used to put into analyzing the central problems and they have dome it in less than expected time. So now my organisation doesn’t have to worry about repetitive analysis and just focus on innovating new products and processes to maintain its position in the market. Also Maximizer CRM has provided us with potential opportunities that my organisation can target and it was of great help as race towards the top position in our industry. All I can say is that it has helped us grow exponentially with its timely, smart, and comprehensive analysis of important data from our organization.
It lets me take all my contacts for all my principals and focus them to be really organized. I will be much more productive.
