What do you like best about Sellf?

It’s one of the best application software solutions I’ve ever used. I tested both the Android and Apple versions and saw no changes. It also increases productivity, and I can now manage a whole team with monthly objectives! It’s very easy to utilize and discover the data you’re looking for.

What do you dislike about Sellf?

There isn’t anything about Sellf that I find big objectionable. It can work excessively slowly at times, affecting the performance of other apps on the device. It’s more on the desktop than on the smartphone, so I find that utilizing it on the mobile is probably more intuitive.

There are a few dislikes in the App, like reliability and sticking of the app sometimes but not everytime. It performs very smoothly in all the devices with the support of Internet Connection.

No particular cons found so far with Sellf

Almost nothing, but one thing that does annoy me about Sellf is the logging of calls. This is a feature we didn’t get to use properly as it simply doesn’t work for our company. This isn’t a big problem as we have another system logging these calls, but would have been nice if everything would have been at one place. Keeps our computer desktops organized, and overall reduces the amount of programs and plug-ins we use on a daily basis.

What problems is Sellf solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sellf helps us by organizing our customer base with the sales we perform. When we sell an item within our company, before we would have problems with the order details collection when handling the customer a week later. You simply forget the details after a week and fail the customer by asking order details on the phone. Now, we are more professional and do not need to ask the customer these questions; we get immediately to business.

Sellf help in organizing my agenda and reminds me about my to-dos: calls to make, meetings to arrange, emails to send and all that is available on mobile.

We had long trouble before using the app. we used to workings on papers and took a long time to solve our problems. Now, this app made our ease of use and troubled our pain in all the aspects of the business like tracking sales, Followups with the clients, Assigning tasks for achieving the goals in the business growth.

Customer service (CRM) is a term that refers to the productivity has increased. I can connect with my clients, have their personal information in front of me, and keep track of payment information.

After installation and launching, the application is user friendly with pocket friendly features to manoeuvre which make user to come use more and more frequently.
This is one of the best software for Customer Relationship Management that I ever tried! It’s quick to learn how to use it, and it could sync totally all the features. There are no differences between Apple and Android version, I’ve tried both. It also increases the productivity, and I can also manage a entire team with monthly goals!
Cons
The application downloaded in a record time but took ages to launch on Android Version 9 which i think low economic users may find it a big hurdle.
I think that if it would be more integration with apps as IFTTT or Apple Shortcuts, I could save more time further.
