What do you like best about Platformly?
I like that I don’t need to pay for 10+ different marketing software products. Platform.ly has so many features so I canceled my previous subscription for Mailchimp, Optinmonster, Geckoboard, and Click.org. All of the business processes I can manage from a single place. The customer support team is amazing. We have created a lot of customization on the site and connected to other platforms via Zapier. Anytime we had questions we were able to promptly have them resolved by the customer support team.
The most usefull for me is the dashboards with stats and reporting

Looking after customers without any actual work, sounds too good to be true, just set up some automations that can help make this a reality. Someone needs help just send them to your help section or better yet try to get them to the right resource without any additional work.
What do you dislike about Platformly?
Slight issues with formatting of the email templates a good work around is creating the templates externally but obviously have the inbuilt editor improved would be a much better outcome in the long run. Also issues with form embeds when dealing with static sites as they will pop up rather than sitting nicely with the rest of the design.
No dislike, but something is not working correctly.

* it is a bit complicated to understand and adopt
I could not think of any drawbacks, at least for now
The more I use it the more I want to use it. No complaints at this time.
What problems is Platformly solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Platform.ly I track how my business is performing in real-time, track advertising links, send personalized emails, see each customer interaction inside of the CRM. It’s really awesome to have so many features in one platform that is super easy to use.
Automation of all the emailing and autoresponses helps greatly to concentrate more on other things

Automated advice for clients, with a few well placed relevant upsells included in this process. Lead capture using landing pages to be either used or for client benefit again providing an additional revenue stream to the business, while keeping prospective clients nicely stored and allowing for automated follow up that can help me further qualify the leads in question.
