What do you like best about Prophet CRM?
I can link emails to my bids and keep track of all the correspondence in one location. It tracks the bids in a way that manages the massive amount of information in one place.
Cloud base tech, is easy to operate, and the fact that the program lives inside outlook.
Overall the operations of the program is simple. It is nice to see everything in one spread sheet
The ability to store and manage all of our contacts in one, easy to use application. The reporting and lead tracking features are very helpful as well. The interface is very intuitive.
You can have a customized view to what you want to see, and remove what you do not need to see.
Simple straight forward and embedded in Outlook. Support always goes above and beyond other software offerings. Familiar interface and sorting methods for data to get to quick results.
What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?
Not as configurable as larger CRMs, for example, data types are very very limited. No calculated fields. Attention to detail on graphics, text boxes and text in the user interface looks like they develop on one machine and do not check for quality. Login screen in the first example, do I need to even go further to explain?! I have a 4k display.
You cannot chose which screen the opportunities pops up without closing the entire outlook software appropriately
Sometimes the application can take a bit long to start up.
The search feature can take a while and is picking at times. Which is annoying. Not sure how you can improve on this problem. overall not a bad problem just annoying.
The only thing I would like to see is the ability to log the time the bid is due as well as the date. Many projects have a specific time that they are due that day, and I need a way to track that.
What problems is Prophet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not encountered any issues in utilizing Prophet CRM. The only thing I wish they would add is a way to track the due date time, and everything would be awesome!
Reminding me about projects, keeping notes, and being accessible to my whole team. I think this allows my whole team to work as one, which is nice. You don’t have to annoy someone with a call or email to get basic info.

Prophet captures the core client data to assist in follow-ups and track the pipeline and purchase history. allows me to export data to excel in an easy fashion and uses industry-standard Microsoft Power BI.
