What do you like best about Oracle Siebel?

-Though its getting outdated day by day, but as its owned by Oracle its well maintained.

-Things are manual here like in most newer CRM most of the things are automatic but in oracle siebel we have to do manually which helps us understand it better.

-ThoughUI is old fashioned but its in well structured form.

Oracle Siebel is really handy tool or database to document all the technical details of our customers order and also for automation in next generation network

The best thing about siebel, it is effortless to use

What do you dislike about Oracle Siebel?

The level of sophistication is more compared with other tools we’ve used. Also, the UI is too heavy until you grab a grip. The workflow manager gets oversimplified even if you make a tiny little change to the over plan

There is not much to dislike about siebel, but the interface could be more vibrant

Oracle Siebel is bit slow to load up the details from its database

-UI of application is very old school .

-Software is very slow.

-many a times it becomes unresponsive.

What problems is Oracle Siebel solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Oracle Siebel is baically a CRM system owned by oracle it helps in managing the relationship between customer and organizations.

-It maintains and manipulates the customer data.

Oracle Siebel is solving the need of keeping database of our customers order and help with automate some of them. It is reducing the manual task and keeping things handy.

I used to make different SR’s with siebel; it was very convenient to create any sr and find out the previous one with accuracy
