What do you like best about Kylas CRM?
The role defining solutions across sales reps and managers is quite clever. It’s also great to see a clear transparent pricing policy.
Great for automation & autoresponders and managing all your leads in a centralized location
one of the best CRM for easy lead management with cost effective solution. I like the way that I can manage the options in lead form and east to manage with website lead generation / social media/ other classified marketplace solutions. I can download the leads with all available values and can also change their status at one time.
The ability to keep student data centralised. Plus, managing the students’ performance is a hassle-free experience.
I like how leads are assigned in kylas, the stages they have assigned and the software is very flexible to use and makes our work easier, because there is a notepad beside every lead where we can add the notes
What do you dislike about Kylas CRM?
sometimes kylas will get stuck, if we open multiple tabs then we cannot apply filters it takes so much to get the filters and gets struck in between while applying the filters.
Nothing was found and but I Need frequent updates on the CRM.
there are many possibilities for improvements in the system to do things from a single window and for big-scale organizations. Hope to see it in better features and easy access management.

What problems is Kylas CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, I just love the custom sale pipeline and the integration features. I was new to automation and thus had a few doubts over the same. Contacted team Kylas for support and they were more than happy to address my concerns.
Kylas is good at powerful segmentation, automation, and personalization features in terms of email marketing and customer tagging. Plus, I am impressed by how much thought they’ve put into their customer service. The support team is responsive and has never failed to respond to any concerns I have about the product.
Helps is Lead Generation, Lead Management ad close the leads with its value. Also, It helps to generate my business report as per the lead stage, the month with value too.
As the head of the administration, I am quite pleased with the performance of Kylas. It makes entering students’ information easy and also keeps the information centralized. We have gained around 10x efficiency in enrolling students for the month of April to June.
the stages of clients are assigned very properly and distinguised clearly which is very helpful in decreasing the confusion between the stages. this is saving my time.
