What do you like best about Relenta CRM?
Email sharing, contacts, work, all in one package are easy to use, the ability to send multiple users the same message, and the ability to send messages at the default time of the day. users are also some of the things. whose imagination I prefer. These features make me like it more Relevant all the functionality necessary to manage the interaction and communication with the client without the system administrator needed to run the set of applications. I spent 6 months looking for an email provider that gave me the flexibility I need to run a high end small concierge business in Paris managing multiple inquiries and moving those down the service pipeline until reservation and payment. This was the only system I found that was simple to use and effective. My productivity has at least doubled and client response rate is so fast the clients comment all the time. I can not imagine growing my business without it. And since then the few problems that used to arise from doing everything manually has all but vanished.
Easy interface, easy searching and from day one has organised the emails so I don’t have to. Support is very responsive when needed (thankfully not often) and you get the impression you’re dealing with passionate people rather than software robots or a call centre somewhere very remote.

What do you dislike about Relenta CRM?
Although you need a lot of work, it can be good to get a lot of input into things, like email analytics and other activities, that’s why I made 4 stars instead of 5.
Despite having most of the functionality you need, it might be nice to have some more such as email analysis and more integration with other applications, that is the only reason I make 4 stars instead of 5
Not a lot really. It works for my travel and entertainment business brilliantly.
Being web based you can’t paste in images, they need to be sent as attachments
There is nothing that I dislike. This product meets all my needs.
What problems is Relenta CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of many project details & history at once.
My business has a lot of single service clients but when I’m working for them there could be many email exchanges. Keeping on top of the conversations and audit trail is something Relenta has always done well.
We evaluate at least 10 different CRM and Relenta ranked first for its ease of use, features and value for money, it allows me to switch between different projects without having to log out and start it again, I have access to Relenta through the account from my company and I love how easy it is to keep track of customer projects. Most of our work is done by email and this is where Relenta shines as it completely eliminates the need to pay and maintain our customer email lists in a separate email marketing service.
