Powerful simple tool to work with sales persons and sales teams, and service persons and orgs. Sophisticated platform that can present and crunch data usefully from the whole company and organisation, plus external/non-owned data. Easy intuitive use of the tool (browser and mobile app), does not need special training to use any of it. Lastly, lower cost than most, I guess it’s lowest cost for its category. What’s not to like in this product? Top quality, low cost, strong reputed producer for continuity.
For the developers too the building is simple and powerful.
It has many features which are suitable for supply chain businesses to improve efficiency. It needs fewer human resources to control the operations which saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud – EPM?
The synchronization of user roles/security through OCI classic and IDCS took to long and had to many quirks. Looking forward to identity domains in OCI and removing that lag / sync issues
It needs high-speed network connectivity to work on. It takes a lot of time for the security setup. Users have to learn deeply about workflow. It is a little bit more expensive than other apps.
There is nothing to dislike in this product. It has everything a salesperson and a sales org might want from technology.
EPM Needs to be More customized; Our organization Needs More Data Collection and Driven Options, But the Upgradation will Take More time. Implementation time Will Take More time Depending upon the Industry.
What problems is Oracle Fusion Cloud – EPM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interdepartmental Communication and Data Collection, Process Flow Will Take More time, and Possibility Mis understanding Is High, and Standardization is Essential. EPM is Just Awesome.
Sales process and Service process.
Constant enhancements of the tool by us (apart from the quarterly tech updates the vendor makes) at very low costs is one benefit that needs highlighting here. As our use of the tool matures we expect to transfer more responsibility to the tool so sales and service staff can put more of their minds to their work; this tool gives us the confidence that our expectation will survive neatly over the long term. Tools are subordinate to the human mind, and have to be pliable so without much ado. We have no doubts Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud) can be that.
It meets the entire business expectation. Very well managed, and operate the financial and inventory account. It has many modules which make business work effectively.
