What do you like best about ElevateHQ?
ElevateHQ is very easy to use, with a lot of customizations and features to offer. It’s a boon to track my team’s commissions in real-time. I know exactly what they are making, and where they need help to get to their OTEs. ElevateHQ dashboard is always on during my one-on-ones with my team
What my team loves is the ability to view a detailed breakdown of all their commissions. It’s even better that they get all this information delivered on Slack – with a single command.

I get visibility into not only in my own commissions statement but also those of my team. The detailed breakup of commissions, and the ability to go to the last level of detail on every dollar earned is super useful. This helps me do better 1-on-1 with my reps knowing where they are at, and what more they could be doing to make that extra $$. I definitely feel a lot lighter at the beginning of each month, knowing that my team’s commissions are sorted.
Plus, ElevateHQ team is continuously adding new and useful features which is a big bonus.
It is fairly easy and straightforward to integrate with ElevateHQ. They also have a data tab where you check all the data that has been pulled into the system. The layout of the product is very clean and easy to navigate.
With ElevateHQ your SDR team has more clarity on commission structure and how their commissions have been calculated. The commissions are updated in real time. Identifying who the top performers in the team are and gives good visibility to track target achievement. No need to spend time maintaining your own excel sheets to track commissions.
What do you dislike about ElevateHQ?
While their slack messages can be configured any way I want; what I slightly dislike is that I have limited ability to configure these changes myself.
I can ask for any trigger, any custom message, and any variable as a part of the slack message configuration – but I have to ask their team to make these complex message configurations. However, to their credit – they have been super quick in delivering on these requests.
If I had to nitpick – I’d say they could build deeper forecasts than what they currently do.
I love using this tool so nothing that I dislike.
What problems is ElevateHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving for ‘sales motivation’. I need my reps to be fired up at all times – ElevateHQ gives them the commission visibility to stay updated, fired up, and raring to make more $$.
ElevateHQ helped us move away from spreadsheets and offers a live dashboard for all our reps.
We used spend a few days going to-and-fro on the commission calculations, approvals and payouts. The time to process commissions has been reduced significantly and my team loves the visibility into what they’ve earned and enjoy the timely payouts
As an added benefit (something that I hadn’t thought of when we bought the tool) – internal audits used to be a massive time sink; with ElevateHQ that’s a seamless process now.

The SDR’s know exactly what to expect in the commissions for every quarter. The system is super easy to use. Each rep gets to see their plan in detail and what was the logic behind the calculating the commissions. Also, gives a big boost to the productivity as the reps focus on their core task of selling!
