What do you like best about Kennect?

The application name is Kennect and it’s a very innovative app.It helps the clients in various way and it serves good number of purposes.It has variety of features like it describes about the sales activities,incentives activities and so on.It is very beneficial app to all the employees.So I recommend this app to be used by all our employees and clients.

Pie charts and easy to interpret the data

With Kennect’s help, we have eliminated the need for shadow accounting by Sales Managers for their and team’s incentive calculations. It also provides us with real-time performance visibility for each individual and ties that with their earnings which in turn helps them understand their gaps and where they need to focus more to maximize their earnings.

Automation of incentives has also reduced the time spent by Sales Operations teams. It took us around 2 months to implement the system with integrations to multiple systems for close to 7000 of our sales team.

The platform is quite flexible and adaptive. It can accommodate complex scenarios and plans that may differ even at an individual level. I particularly like their query management module that enables the reps to raise queries from within the app itself and also provides the management with the context of that particular query. The nudge feature is also a great way to keep the reps in line with their planning.

What do you dislike about Kennect?

Their is no reason to dislike the app like this

Nothing specific. Their support teams are prompt in addressing any issues.

What problems is Kennect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to do all the tasks manually and much of my team’s time was consumed in doing repetitive work. Kennect has made it possible for us to avoid doing this repetitive work. For an organization as big as us, this saved 1000s of productive hours.

Pros

It’s easy to use and efficient in its performance. It’s a giant benefit for my team to communicate with customers without handing out their private contact details. Within the system, they may make recommendations for evaluations and set up automated notifications.

That we can send out message and get text message from our customer. Our customers like sending pictures to us with there trade in of the 4-w, side by side, snowmobile, motorcycle that they want to trade to buy a new or different unit. now we have a way of doing that. A lot of cell phone voice mails are phone or not set up to leave message that the parts are here or their unit has been repaired and they can come pick it up and we can now text that to them. It is awesome. My customer can get me the information that I need to finish the paper work for the unit that they purchased. Kennect has made things flow better

I think the software is very easy to understand and get used to. Everything is very straight forward and it definitely would be easy for even a beginner to figure out and use.

Cons

Unfortunately, I don’t think I can send many texts at once in this setting. Because of this, I could not reach out to every person on my contact list with a marketing message. I wish the price were lower.

sometimes the message goes to the wrong person that is a little frustrating

The first thing is a more user-friendly interface when using this application on an Android phone. Most of my colleagues have iPhones, and I have a Samsung S10+. We work in sales and when we get a notification for a new message from a customer showing interest in a unit it shows up on the iPhone in almost like a text format. They can click on it and it goes straight to the message and they can quickly respond. On the Android platform, I get a notification, but when I click on it it does not take me straight to the message. It just tells me that someone has messaged. I have to physically load the app, search for the customers name, and then proceed to respond. Even though this does not seem like a big deal, these messages are what you would call “first come first serve”. So whoever responds to the lead the quickest gets the access to the lead. So I am constantly missing out on these leads just for the fact that I have to go through a couple separate steps to get to where I can respond to the message. One other small thing is it when I am responding to a customer and lets say I get another message from a different customer, if I click off of that first message that I was typing to read the 2nd customers response, the initial message that I was typing up is deleted. I then have to proceed to re-type the whole message. And sometimes this can be a pain if you took some time to structure the message properly and you have to completely redo it.
