What do you like best about SmartWinnr?
SmartWinnr is one tool that takes care of training, coaching, motivating and engaging our sales teams. The contests that we run through SmartWinnr are phenomenal. The Support Team takes care of most of the setup and they help us run it seamlessly.
We have used SmartWinnr for both our Executive Directors, as well as Marketing Directors and Health and Wellness Directors in different scenarios. We’ve run an Occupancy Race in which the entire team participated to reach occupancy targets. On the other hand, we have also run Destination contests which were targeted specifically to our sales team.
SmartWinnr provids an easy access to the sales performance for my team. We track multiple direct and derived KPIs for the sales teams that is also the basis for their incentives. By tracking these in real-time, SmartWinnr helps the team to know where they stand. The system then shows them real-time incentives on the basis of their sales performance. So each team member is always aware of their sales incentives. SmartWinnr’s SmartFeeds is a great way to share top performer sales achievments and motivate others.
Ability to take data from different data sources. In our implementation, data comes in different format for each of the countries. SmartWinnr is able to easily ingest data from different sources.
The POA template is extremely flexible. Since the needs for different countries is not the same, we were looking for a platform which can easily be adapted to different requirements.
Ability to show different dashboards with trends and graphs which helps in the planning process.
SmartWinnr helps us to digitize the performance coaching process. Taking data from Veeva and Sales systems, it enables medical reps to develop their strategic action plans in an effective way. The system helps us to track the coaching process and identify gaps easily. Being an user-friendly system, it reduces time and effort for the field teams.
What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?
The team is proactive and comes up with new ideas. All good for now
We are really happy with the SmartWinnr implementation. We have given feature requests from time to time and the team has always delivered on them. So no dislike from my side.
Implementing such a system across different countries is a difficult task. SmartWinnr has been a great partner in this. We don’t have anything to dislike.
The SmartWinnr team has been very helpful during the system rollout. We have a positive experience with the team.

What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized SmartWinnr in many different ways:
1. Run contests that have helped our teams to stay focused and reach their sales goals on occupancy, move-ins and other KPIs. We gamify not only outcomes, but also activities like # of tours, # of deposits, # of reviews. SmartWinnr team has helped us to design some really creative contests
2. Improve our team;s conversation skills through regular practice of video coaching scenarios. These scenarios cover some difficult questions that our teams face when talking to prospective residents. SmartWinnr has helped to make them more confident while facing such questions
3. As a way to train them on selling skills and what we stand for
4. Makes sales fun!
smartWinnr helps to digitize the sales planning and coaching process. It enables reps to easily plan their quarterly strategic actions which is backed by data/ Finally, it helps managers to get insights into the action plan and provide necessary guidance
