What do you like best about Vistex Solutions for SAP?
Makes managing rebate agreements infinitely easier. Vistex suite offers many different services that would be hard to find elsewhere. Competitors don’t offer nearly as many solutions and thus choosing Vistex allows for a whole package.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistex Solutions for SAP?
Upgrades/Implementations can be a long and complex process. Internal Vistex understanding would be helpful to better collaborate with Vistex/Vitallink.
Internal system knowledge – lack of training for our internal team (business’ issue).
Like all programs – the system is dependent on the incoming data to be accurate and clean.
Having to make the ROI case to my business.
VIZI reporting and advanced analytics are not available for SAP ECC solution. Would like to see more out of the box reporting availability for Vistex for SAP ECC would be nice.
What problems is Vistex Solutions for SAP solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over 6,500 rebate agreements to manage which is impossible to do manually. Vistex is able to take 5,000 and make the automated in terms of accruals/settlements/chargebacks. Give more time for solving deeper issues rather than managing simple agreements.
Visibility into our complex rebate programs and a fully integrated rebate system. Allows for more real-time reporting and analytics.

Once you learned how to operate within the system, you could navigate through it quickly. It was easy to read your promotions and give you an accurate view of you ROI and trade liability.
The software is really easy to use and has so many features I have been using it for 3 years and still finding more out about it

The cons of this product is the visuals of it, it looks very old and clunky
There were times when the system wasn’t as user friendly as one had hoped for. Sometimes it would be difficult to get customer support if you ran into an issue with the functionality of the system.
