Axtria SalesIQ has been very crucial in streamlining the activities of the sales team. Tracking and managing multiple activities and initiatives of the sales department has been much easier for the higher management which helps in decision making to distribute funds on different strategies. The platform is simple and robust. The main noteworthy feature of this platform is its attractive and user-friendly user interface. On this platform individual tasks can be added and tracked periodically very easily. The online resource for this platform is quite rich to address any query before reaching out to their executive. The after-sales team of Axtria SalesIQ provide adequate support with the customisations required for our organisation. When the sales team has been rewarded and compensated adequately, there has been significant rise in the sales and therefore revenue of the organisation.
What do you dislike about Axtria SalesIQ?
The license cost is quite high for the software and a freemium version would have done wonders where some features are available in the free version of the software and the premium features are included in the paid plan. What problems is Axtria SalesIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the sales team has been quite difficult for the people from outside the department and had to rate the entire department from a few people who were representing the whole department. With the introduction of the tool, it has been quite easy to manage and review each member’s performance and activity.
