Pros

Ha sido de gran utilidad para la administración, ejecución, cálculo y pago de remuneraciones variables pudiendo ser dinámico ye integral ya que anteriormente en sistemas previos la implementación de nuevas reglas o funcionalidades requería bastante tiempo lo que impactaba en en la eficacia y eficiencia del pago a la fuerza de ventas. La implementación fue un tanto complicada principalmente por la transmisión de la información al equipo de soporte sin embargo fluyo de manera correcta y rápida posterior a lograr una sinergia en los datos, información, entendimiento, etc.

Blitz gives you the ability to add tags and create multiple lists in order for sales reps to have their own lists based on territories. Blitz has an option to send emails in order to track if the emails being sent are effective based on open rate and click rate, too.

The app is easy to enter and find information – overall ease of use

Mencionaría como mejora principal, que el envió de los pagos no sea cada media hora como es el caso actual además de que no se segmente o haga bloques de máximo mil movimientos; por otro lado teníamos problemas con la visualización de la información para envió de pago sin embargo se realizó actualmente una mejora la cual corrige el que no se apreciaran los datospor el envió debido a la gran cantidad de movimientos existentes en el sistema. Fue complicado hacer la integración de los sistemas con Profuturo pero fue debido a que en la empresa aún se manejan reitero, sistemas “viejos” con tecnología muy cuadrada o limitada.

It is not automated, customer dates don’t always sync, doesn’t sync with QB, doesn’t do RMA’s, and no you have to put orders in review and save before being able to approve. Adds WAY too much time to an already tedious process…

Blitz can be hard to manage and keep track of when you have multiple sales reps using the software. The tags that are used can be multiplied quickly and with duplicates, so it can be tough to audit the list and effectiveness of a campaign.

The feature I like least is the view when making payments. It is not as easy to see individual payments of a certain payee
