What is Freshsales?

Freshsales facilitates integration with numerous third-party applications such as Microsoft Outlook, PandaDoc, Xero and more. It is available on monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.
What do you like best about Freshsales?
I like how easy it is to shorten the sales cycle; it has powerful technology that allows me to figure out the intentions that a prospect has while visiting our website and know how to proceed with our sales marketing tactics. One of the most potent tools that Freshsales has is its sales sequence automation; it allows me to schedule many emails and SMS in bulk to ensure that the marketing campaigns are sent in a timely manner so we can reach the most clients, it is highly advantageous and it allows me to customize all the campaigns so I can make it more personalized for different prospects that want or are looking for something different from one another.
Freshsales offers the best analytical and automate CRM for a sales person. It’s so intuitive platform to get on user on different channels like SMS, whatsApp or email.
Its graphics and visual reports are attractive. Contact filtration is also good. User registration is a payment option that is easy with a credit card. The confidence and commitments of the sales team.
The interface is nicely designed and fairly easy to navigate at a high level. And then things start to fall apart.
This software has a lot of potential, but it seems the development use cases were all created by engineers. Hire some UX people!!!
What do you dislike about Freshsales?
The support help is very poor, I have reached out to them a few times about different questions that I had regarding the use of the software, and I received late responses from the support team. It is something that needs to be improved because a support team that works helps the software feel more reliable to me, and I will know that I can actually rely on them if something more serious happens with our data.
One thing I dislike is when i publish a customer journey i can’t change in it. I can’t add any node and extra field. If i want to do then i have to create a another journey for that. It’s really frustrating.
Difficult implementation, Worst support, unavailability of integration options with third-party tools. There is only one payment option which is a credit card. Non-informal and limited reports.
I’ll keep adding to this list as I find more:
Export contacts – easy? Nope. You have to build a report and then export the contacts. Many steps.
See all of your tasks – easy? Nope. They have a permanent date filter field applied so you have to, that’s right, build a report to see all of your tasks.
Create a marketing list – easy? Nope. You have to first create a list on one screen, then navigate to your contacts, filter those contacts, then add them to the list.
See who has clicked on what link in your email – not possible.
Landing pages – don’t get me started. The structure of the implementation is confusing. If you have more than one slug, your home directory has to have content or none of the slugs will load.
Zoom integration – not really.
Activity list – not possible. There is no way to see a list of all your activities – tasks created, emails sent, etc.
What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that Feshsales has helped a lot when it comes to providing an automation service that helps process all the sales and helps close deals efficiently without taking hours to do so. It has created an impactful workflow that helps us speed up the daily work when dealing with clients, as well as helping us keep in contact with them by automating welcome emails and reminders, and it is a system that keeps everything in place for easy access. It organizes all the customers’ basic information, and that comes in handy when trying to close a deal as we can easily access different details quickly
We wanted to engage with our customer easily and see to which customer we having conversation so that we can target them accordingly. This problem resolve with Freshworks by having all the leads in one place.
We were in the need of CRM to run our admission campaign. We evaluated a lot of CRMS but due to irresponsive approach of other CRM sales teams made us go with the fresh sales. It solved our one problem which is keeping all contacts and queries at one place. It helped us to track the communication done with the expected leads by different agents. Now we have a clear picture in one place so that we can get the report of our received queries and converted leads.
