What do you like best about Close?
Close CRM is my absolutely GO-TO customer relationship management software that offers a wide range of features to help our businesses manage our customer relationships at the highest level. The software is highly customizable, which allows businesses to tailor it to their specific needs. Additionally, Close CRM provides excellent customer support, which is critical for businesses that rely on the software to manage first touch communication on new leads, and lead nurturing. Overall, Close CRM is an excellent choice for businesses that need a comprehensive and customizable CRM solution.
On a direct note, Pedro Ponciano is our account manager and has been an absolute all-star for us. He even created a 5 minute step by step video personalized just for us on a solution to automate our SMS first touch communication for our incoming leads! He’s been more than helpful any time we reach out for assistance!
The response from the support team is so fast. Every time I have a question they respond within 15 minutes. With calling, I love how Close makes calls for me so it helps me go through more calls than I could just by myself. Close has been a huge upgrade from our previous CRM. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to be more efficient with their time!
The Close support has been an extreme pleasure compared to other CRMs we’ve attempted to incorporate into our business. In particular, Guilherme has responded in very clear, concise messages and videos. During a couple of those videos (Loom), he’s provided a couple of “hack’s” so to speak to eliminate future potential issues. I’ve implemented a very large, well-known (SF) CRM in my professional career and Close is the best, intuitive-oriented system by far. At the end of the day, it’s all about education, implementation and measurement of results. Close gets you to and across the finish line!
What do you dislike about Close?
I cant find much I don’t like yet. So far we have not found any issues that stop our process that has not already been instructed by their incredible support. We had an issue with automating SMS, and Pedro knocked it out of the park by creating me a personalized 5 minute instructional video on step by step how to create the solution we thought was missing. A++++++ all around.
There’s nothing I’ve found so far that I dislike about Close. Everything I’ve used I’ve seen to help with my calls, organization and efficiency. I guess the only thing is there are so many different features you have to learn about and get used to but that isn’t a bad thing! They are all helpful
At this point, Close has met and or exceeded my expectations. Only mention would be to have a complete package for telephony and call recording….to eliminate 3rd party reliance.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close really helps bridge the gap in client nurturing, first touch communication for our inbound leads, and overall managmeent of our clients lifecycle as a customer. It’s made life so much easier.
There have been some connection issues with my headset at times but those have been resolved very quickly. A long with my just needing to learn a new feature the response team helps me quickly.
Had an initial issue with importing data from a legacy database. The problem was created by me as a result of creating new custom fields.

Pros
I love the Smart Views which allow custom filtering and sorting of leads. This helps me quickly review different types of leads based on lead score, when I talked to them last, and when I need to follow up with them again.
Cons
I wish basic text formatting was built into the note taking (especially bullet points). I understand with not going crazy with a WYSIWYG, but some simple formatting options would help for quicker note taking.
