What do you like best about Salesflare?
SalesFlare is the best CRM I’ve ever used. It is really simple to use and has the essential features to bring your Marketing and Sales Team to another level. Workflows helped us to create the perfect alignment between Marketing and Sales and enabled us to achieve great results. And in the end, It has excellent and clear insights. With insights, I can understand better the whole Sales process and improve It day by day.
Salesflare makes me save a lot of time with it’s integrations and data enrichment from mail, phone and LinkedIn. It’s very easy to use, and it has email automation integrated. Their customer support also is very great!
The analytics are simple yet powerful to use and customize.
It took me few hours to create and customize my space and still usying it after 3 years. Best CRM ever!
Ease of use from a mobile phone or tablet. It is very comfortable. It outperforms large email tools.ut it’s a game changer.Other tools are more expensive. A great unknown A game changer for small and growing businesses.The quick access menu is a feature I love. Many should learn at this point.
The workflow automation is by far my favorite piece of this. Incredibly simplified, so it doesn’t take a great deal of expertise to get it set up and moving. My firm is a bit strange in that we are buyers and not sellers, but this has worked great for us. We do a lot of personalized outreach and used to average an outreach of around 3000 corporates per person annually. Now, we can push that to nearly 10000 with relative ease. The linkedin add-on is amazing, and makes it incredibly easy to input data that may not be on the Salesflare account. For example, we use a separate database for our target companies, and simply clicking on their linkedin page effectively allows us to automatically input all the information into Salesflare. We used to do this same process through multiple platforms: trello, Zoho, YAMM, and google sheets. This consolidated all of this into one place.
What do you dislike about Salesflare?
I don’t know; there is not something that I dislike. Some features could be added to help salespeople achieve better results, but I think their competitive advantage is simplicity. So, it’s perfect as It is now!
Nothing. It’s a great tool and it solves all my and my team’s needs
Generally speaking, I like it. I don’t use zapier, I use Pabbly. In that sense I miss an integration. I would also like to put tags or categories to the contacts. The accounts option is great. But something else is needed. A game changer for small and growing businesses
I have only minor complaints here. My only real grievance is that if an email is wrong on a contact. Then you have to recreate the entire contact until you find the right email. Their email finder works just as well as any other email finder I’ve ever used. None of them are perfect, but I’d say they get 85-90% of them on the dot.
In the grand scheme of things, these aren’t even remotely problems. This platform has still allowed us to reach an entirely different tier for our outreach. Great platform that is affordable and incredibly user-friendly.
What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me better manage my Business Development team and all the leads arriving from outbound and inbound strategies. So, all the potential clients are perfectly organized in Sales, Inbound and Prospecting Pipelines. The best benefit? The alignment between Marketing and Sales. Another one? More Revenue!

The app gives me control of all my clients from my mobile. The app is good. I receive about 100 emails a day. And it allows me to have everything organized, as well as the tasks to be done. For a small business it’s perfect.
We use Salesflare for outreaching to corporates for acquisition targets at our investment fund. This platform has significantly increased our outreach abilities.
