What is Prospect CRM?
What do you like best about Prospect CRM?
There is so much but the biggest thing would be the way it works to not only track new customers but how it tracks existing customers and prompted to follow-up and shows if they are trending up or down in sales.
Our company Becker First Responder Co. found Prospectsoft Ltd as we we were in the search for a new inventory system. We liked the ability to integrate this CRM with our inventory system, email system and accounting system (QuickBooks Online). We have been tremendously impressed by the implementation team as we set the entire system up. As we rolled out the new inventory system, adding Prospectsoft into it was a simple process and all the information came in and didn’t require any additional setup. We love the ability to customize the platform to make it work for our unique terminology and process.
The entire team has been tremendously helpful and would highly recommend.
I have used many CRMs in previous companies and have to say this is one of the most efficient. This links to our Sage system really well so I can see all customer info within Prospect and don’t have to go back and forward between systems which is really useful and saves so much time.
Prospect has without doubt created a seamless platform for our drinks business where we have greatly benefitted from this fantastic CRM software. It is integrated to Sage and is now central to our daily ordering, stock and invoice system and we wonder how we managed with out it before! I used Prospect in a previous company but it has now evolved into a user friendly system with a fantastic back up support team, always on hand to help and answer queries. From the onset full support is given and the team really know your business. Highly recommend Prospect as a value added tool to any business!
Every aspect from the initial welcome call, to the staff training, and the easy transition to this software system has been more beneficial than words can explain.
What do you dislike about Prospect CRM?
With the huge amount of customization, it has a bit of a steep setup learning curve. It’s also a little costly if four users are not required
Being a UK based company the support hours are a little limited for our USA based hours. Their live chat support provides quick responses to us via email if they aren’t available.
Yet to find anything. I guess the only issue is if the internet goes down, Prospect goes down but that doesn’t happen very often at all.
Overall there is no particular function I can find fault with.
Prospect team has actually taken some critical items we needed, reviewed them, and implemented them in recent updates. The amount of additional resources that we have on Prospect versus our previous CRM software are countless.
Previous orders screen can be confusing as all products are put into a list so you need to make sure you have the date showing clearly when reviewing to see when the products were purchased.
What problems is Prospect CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been excellent at consolidating customer information, what they have purchased, and all contact with the customer. any notes or issues there have been. Also able to set tasks for future follow ups
Order Management, Sales Team Ranking, Inventory integration/tracking, Forcasting, Quickbooks integration to view accounts payable, customizable to our specific business.
We are able to co ordinate and manage sales and stock levels to a much more effective manner
Prospect has helped us cater reports that specifically draw unique information needed for our sales team, along with implementing new custom fields on our order reporting tab so we can easily track which sales funnel the previous sales came in through.
