Scoro is a cloud-based professional services solution for small to midsize companies in advertising, consulting, IT and other industries. The solution provides a control hub that displays pending tasks, account information, key performance indicators (KPIs), calendar events and more on a single screen.
Scoro lets its users stay up to date and see task changes in real time. Tasks that are scheduled for day, week or month automatically populate in a task list that can be sorted by the user. It allows different levels of access to be granted to employees so that only users with permissions are working on that particular project.
Scoro allows users to manage and synchronize multiple calendars, quotes, tasks and projects in a single interface. It has budgeting and invoicing capabilities including sending clients an initial invoice, advanced reporting documents and labor cost tracking.
Integrations include MS Exchange, Dropbox and Google. Pricing is per user per month. Support is offered via video tutorials, user guides, email and phone.
What do you like best about Scoro?

I love the way Scoro allows you to reassign tasks among team members. This increases productivity by ensuring that schemes are constantly being worked on and eliminates the need for individuals to reset their jobs. The notifications in Scoro are also beneficial; they serve as gentle reminders for items on your calendar that I may have forgotten about otherwise. Finally, I appreciate the method used to track invoices. It provides a clear summary of all pertinent information related to each invoice.

A significant interface makes it simple for me to view my schedule and the calendars of my colleagues, as well as keep track of cooperation and other tasks. There is one place where I can find everything I need. My encounters with previous clients are simple to locate, and I can add additional notes, papers, etc., to those that already exist. There are intelligent connections between every operation, so if you want anything more, it will be there when you require it.

With Scoro, you no longer need multiple software solutions to manage your projects and workflow. One of the things we like best about Scoro is that it can be customized to suit the specific needs of any organization. Another great feature is its command center which gives users an overview of all their tasks, performance statistics, and upcoming calendar events in a simple, easy-to-navigate interface. We also appreciate that customer and vendor information can be centralized within Scoro for easy access by everyone on our team.

I appreciate keeping track of the time required to complete recurring tasks. Conveniently, Scoro displays regular tasks with their due dates, so I am always aware of my tasks and make sure they are completed. Projects and billing have also become much more efficient since we began using Scoro, which has significantly impacted our ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

A great project management system whose fundamental goal is to work and make creative each one of the projects in the shortest possible time, to make project deliveries more profitable each time automatically and to be able to carry out more operations constantly and to be able to distribute work to each team effectively and immediately.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I wouldn’t say I like that your contact list is not synchronized with significant email providers because it’s inconvenient to look for people. Scoro also has a bit of a learning curve, so it might not be the best program for someone who wants to use it immediately.

I wouldn’t say I like it when my quotation gets converted to a PDF file and the title and description are omitted. Make our quotation readable, and if possible, include a picture of the thing we’re quoting.

I wouldn’t say I like Scoro because it’s not the most user-friendly platform for managing IT projects. We haven’t yet developed a simplified file structure, and the client display can get cluttered with completed activities and time entries, making it challenging to find specific client information.

One of the main cons of using Scoro is that it may be challenging to keep track of everything on your planner or to-do list. This is because the tool has limited display options compared to similar tools. Another potential downside is that you must become familiar with all the available options and configurations before getting started.

It is a collaborative tool that allows us to have more information on each of the planned projects more attentively, otherwise, I have no dislike for the application, it has been a constant tool and without interruptions, but I would like that its cost was more accessible.]

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that Scoro is solving is the lack of visibility into complex projects for remote sales teams. With its modular dashboard, Scoro provides continuous feedback on current goals and the performance of sales agents, making it easier to resolve issues and keep track of complex projects.

It facilitates project collaboration and ensures that all relevant client and project information is just a click away. It is aesthetically pleasing and straightforward to use.

The Scoro program is an excellent way for us to keep track of all our clientele, their needs, and what projects we need to complete for them. It also helps generate new sales opportunities that we may have missed.

Scoro has enabled me to organize my upcoming days and weeks better. I can accurately predict the amount of time I will need to devote to each recurring task, enabling me to use that time for meetings or other projects.
