What is Assistive?

Assistive is a Sales CRM solution which has been developed keeping in mind the need of field-based sales employees involved in High Velocity B2B Sales, D2C Sales and Repeat Sales. Other than having all the capabilities that a regular CRM would have, Assistive differentiates itself from others in following three aspects:

What do you like best about Assistive?

Dedicated SPOC & Less turnaround time. Working with Channelplay has helped us in using a cost-effective tool at a mass level. With edge over selecting from various available report formats and engaging dashboards. Working in a startup requires things in quick turnaround time, Sakshi and the team have helped us in getting the tool developed in a such short time and taking maximum benefit from it.

We are able to capture daily visit details, new leads generated, and coverage of the sales team with daily merchandising activities all in 1 tool in simple and less complex, easy-to-use dashboards.

Well there are many things to like in 1channel but one thing I like the most is market working activity in which I can easily make any market working or question is to capture my field presence and make a valuable date out of it.

In 1 channel application, as I am using in my promotor base program, I found it very handy when it comes to accessing reports they have multiple options which fulfill all the requirements.

I like to track field employees with the 1channel portal also I do like the reporting capability which their portal serves like Check-in Check-Out reports Attendance reports time analysis reports

Since I m using the services given by 1channel team, its not like I didn’t face any problem I did ,but their team always sailed me through thoses problems.

What do you dislike about Assistive?

Nothing to dislike, getting customised reports do take time initially. But once ready they solve the purpose and are fully worth the wait. As the data captured and showcased is clear and lot of required actions can be taken accordingly.

I haven face any thing to dislike in one channel application for me everything was fluid and their supporting always help me whenever I got stuck in the application or in one channel portal site

there are sometimes when i feel my reports are not having enough data which is getting pushed by users, but their helpdesk team always gives me suggestions to get those data as well which was not there in the report due to sync disconnection

Nothing everything is perfect in this application and portal

1Channel application has many reporting capabilities, but some reports take day-1 which would be great if they give those reports data on same day as well.

Overall excellent tool nothing to like. Little expensive and add some advanced features with time.

What problems is Assistive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Generation + Capturing merchandising details + Salesforce automation.

We are benefitting from the tools with all these above projects, with timely updates, reports capturing and taking the necessary required actions.

Vanjaal aur assistive is helping me out with the market research thing. I always wanted to know what my field users are getting response from the retailers and what is the scope of enhancement they can give me with the market working module I always get opportunity to make different set of questions with my current needs which you let me capture the data in my scope of requirement

Well, I have a promotor-based program so I need my sales data and attendance data all at current time. I always get 1 channel default report viz. catalog report

1 Channel reports give me deeper insight of field user as in at what time they are entering to the store and what time they are exiting

It is helping me in smooth running of my promoter based program and with their team and their solutioning I can definetly say in not today only but future as well their services will be helping me.
