How creative the CRM is, it makes the sales process visually appealing and easy to navigate. It grows with us and our growing sales team.
super simple to use. the amount of configurations possible to make the system match exacly my own needs is amazing.

Good to keep information organized, and easy to navigate even for new users. They are happy to communicate if we want to add new features to keep track of our business.
Membrane offer easy and effective fillters to easily get the clear picture of current sales pipeline and future projections as well as good graphical information
Our sales managers are now able to see areas in the sales process our account managers are having difficulty with and can help coach them through those obstacles.
What do you dislike about Membrain?
Nothing to really dislike at all, there are a few filters that i wish we could add but other than that small thing nothing.
some things are missing where you dont have a central database with different buinesses to use. you need to register every new prospects and company
It could be a little less complex. For example when creating dashboards and filters.
We wanted to automate for specific data to be synced from Salesforce into Membrain, but it did not fully work out. The good side – it is really easy to import those data manually, and we did not have any errors while doing that.
The only problem with I find you can’t edit headers according to your requirement also I understand it’s data protection but fetching data in Excel form would be also easy

Data hygiene, easy to manage sales projects, tasks, opportunities, and new clients.
membrain are solving a lot. almost everything yu ask them to do, which is very good and helpful. theres always a possibility to get all the info in to the system
Back to what I like most and that is the sales processes. It´s really powerful when new employees are joining and they can get guided all the way. This is so so good!
Keeping information organized – both for the Sales team and Account Managers. When the projects are handed over, it is really easy to follow up on all the necessary info to successfully work. Also, easy for Top managers to do an in-depth check of the progress/status of accounts.
Membrane offers good overall picture of current pipeline and sales figure helps management to figure out future projections
