What do you like best about Ontraport?
The interface feels free. It’s not afraid of simplicity; it lets you move and grow. So different from the clogged, cramped constraints of other platforms (I’ve tried them all, and when I couldn’t afford Ontraport I went elsewhere for a decade, then came home to OP as soon as I could and it’s like I never left). OP feels like a constant breath of fresh air. There’s an of creativity and common sense. And the customer service is vibrant, authentic, and joyful–these are real people!
I’ve had a great experience working with everyone at Ontraport. This is a great company that cares about helping all types of businesses on their journey to massive success! I’ve been getting a lot of help from LiveChat support this week as I learn Ontraport (new to me), and Erin Gomez was particularly helpful today! I love the ability to customize and create a variety of types of dynamic content, and learning this is easier with people like Erin 🙂 Every rep has been quick to create a screengrab video to show what to do. And I love not waiting more than 5 seconds for support to arrive.
Ontraport is an entrepreneurial unicorn – I’d been searching for years to find a service that could provide everything (contact management, autoresponders, landing pages, a membership site, forms, etc.) in one place. Ontraport does that beautifully!
I’m a huge OntraPeeps fan. Their customer service is outstanding – their Live Chat is convenient and efficient anytime I run into a challenge in structuring something, and their online resource guides are thorough. If I need anything beyond that, they are always quick to escalate the issue for further research and action.
Ontraport is also easy to use. Their drag-and-drop structure of building everything makes it accessible and understandable to “normal” folk as well as convenient for techies.
What do you dislike about Ontraport?
Well, it costs a bunch but it sure feels worth it….trying to think of some downsides..i was going to say dragging and dropping would be good–but really the block editors are working very nicely. No problems so far!
I have yet to experience a downside to working with Ontraport. Again, many thanks to everyone at Ontraport! 24-hour top-rated tech support would be helpful to business developers working through the night.
There isn’t a prebuilt blog template yet but I hear it’s in the works!
Honestly, the only frustrations I’ve had have been when I’ve needed a feature that didn’t exist. Many times, it was something that Ontraport was already working on. I appreciate that their support staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help me find a workaround. In addition, there’s also an easy way to request new features – a forum where they actually read and respond to requests!
What problems is Ontraport solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still new, but it seems it will help me host classes, sell classes, run my mailing list, and sell some products, all at once in the same place, and to keep track of who has done what and stay in touch with them, and maybe more.
I’m truly thankful for the kindness and help from everyone at Ontraport. The rapid development of enticing high-converting landing pages with top-rated tech support to help whenever you have a question has been a game changer for us. I look forward to learning about the many different marketing tools the Ontraport platform has to offer.
For me, Ontraport is bringing together several of my business’ interrelated needs into one platform — website, CRM, and email & SMS platform. We’re excited to have the ability to serve customized content depending on the next thing that a person needs most.
