The customization relationship management aspect with impressive implementation capabilities that help us automate marketing
It is one of the most flexible tool to manage customer cloud data in complete Sales Cycle.
Tools like Lead creation, Opportunity management, Pipeline review and Dashboard helped me alot
It’s super simple, smooth, clean in and out, and nothing too complicated some of CRM’s are. also, updated in its features and resources
I like this system because it is coupled to the needs of each organization, depends on support or a more performed marketing, has a fluid trading system through emails, with powerful procedures that access the extraction and generation of potential customers, without excluding that I love this platform due to the information of the specific follow-ups that it provides, in order to determine an accurate process and increase the effectiveness of each campaign launched and each doubt resolved.
Using C2CRM now allows me to send out my various sample requests to multiple customer requests efficiently along with getting notification that they have been sent in a timely manner. Good Stuff 🙂
What do you dislike about C2CRM?
Some information needs to be repetitive in various screens as would like to see an auto-populate to minimize repeat entries.
If this platform allowed a functionality that supports marketing through telephone text messages, it would be incredible to promote campaigns in a faster way and boost sales in large quantities, obtaining success mostly in percentage, being a necessary point in large proportions.
It’s pretty slow, somedays better than others but it takes time to load up when login in, looking up names, and uploading their info, and when opening multiple names to input info it runs even slower. BIGGEST issue our team has faced.
Nothing as such is noticed till date that I can dislike.
Everything worked well.
No betterment suggestion.
This product has no area of improvement as of now according to me.
Sometimes there were glitches when not connected to our VPN, but these were rare
What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of marketing and implementation throughout all of our various softwares. It allows us to easily track items.
Problem solving like Daily Sales Data Entry, Monitoring & Management was executed using this software.
It definitely added to my productivity and enhanced my performance
The problems we are solving are:
1. Better knowing who our people are before it was FB and pen and paper with no real follow up actions to those convos
2. Better notes to fall back on
3. Knowing more and more of our leaders who are in the network but not as active and getting to know them better
4. Less running around to other reports to find numbers and having it in all 1 spots
Benefits have been clear notes, follows up, forgetting about someone and remember them, seeing who is active or not so much at quick glance, and have better relationships with out leaders as we ask or focus on thing we forget about.

Pros
We have spent a considerable amount of time individually tuning the product to fit our business model, and have gotten superior results. Powerful, flexible, and adaptable to the way our company functions.
The logic is written in the software to manage our customer base. Team has been extremely helpful to point out the virtues and benefits.
Cons
There is really very little that we don’t like about C2CRM. The only thing that comes to mind is the inability to do a mass delete, which can be both good and bad. We may not be able to quickly delete a list of items that we no longer need, but we also cannot quickly delete items that should NOT be deleted!
No material issues that come immediately to mind. If we come across an issue the C2 Team corrects it in a timely fashion.
