What do you like best about BenchmarkONE?

BenchmarkONE provides us the liberty to create any type of automation just with a few clicks. Its interface allows us to segment all our contacts properly so that we can organize our client interactions & improve our deliverables. We can also map our customer journey entirely so that we recognize what would be required to promote customer satisfaction & build business solutions. Integration with other tools also is comfortable & we feel satisfied with its automation features, landing pages and email campaigns for meeting our marketing goals.

The notification feature of this platform is accurate and fast. The customer support system is responsive as compared to other applications. E-mails can be put by drag and drop feature which is easy to use. It is quite affordable for many users. It attracts many users’ by offering rich features. for the users as it cost low and offers all the new and updated features in a single place with just one click.

The sorting and ability to personalize your columns on your views. The filters are pretty thorough and aids in retrieving the right information that you are looking for.

Benchmark one does a beautiful job of helping automate your email prospecting. The dashboard helps track opens so you are able to make targeted phone calls following up to your emails. IT helps create a targeted approached to contacting customers!

What do you dislike about BenchmarkONE?

Nothing in particular to dislike about BenchmarkONE’s support for our retail organization. We are impressed with the deep insights and forecast offered based on customer preferences, products and services which need more attention. We also feel good about its personalizing feature for sale in a single pane of glass, which effectively simplifies list creation for all our targeted marketing conversations.

It should be users’ choice and preference to make edits and campaigns. There is no mobile application for this platform at this time. Users cannot delete the tags and cannot merge the contacts as per their preference.

not being able to do any adhoc reports in the software

The new prvacy settings to apple made it harder to track specific prospect’s open rates. Initially I was worried that this would cause a more significant issue; however, it has not been too impactful.

What problems is BenchmarkONE solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had large requirements to manage our customers through a robust CRM tool and BenchmarkONE serves the requirements. Its email builder is helpful as it’s customizable & we can also create templates that are frequently used for our business. All its utilities are streamlined properly so we never felt any difficulties in flipping back and forth between tons of email sequences on a daily basis. We can also define metrics for sending SMS or push notifications via its automation functionalities. We also seamlessly integrate BenchmarkOne with Zapier which is our external SMS system for delivering notifications. For marketing automation, we make use of its trigger events functionality so that we manage all prospects of our customers without missing anything crucial for our sales.

The interface is fast, simple and flexible. It is extensible and easy to use and understand. It has several built-in features. The integration is updating with time. It is a reliable platform.

WE are just now getting into segmenting them and identifying the service line contracts with each contact/company – very easy to customize the forms

I think the performance will increase once this project is completed
