What do you like best about Kapture CX?
We are using Kapture as CLCM (Customer Life Cycle Management). It seems spontaneous with easy to address Customer queries via Email/Call. It is also, linked with our calling tool and WhatsApp solutions (by Wati) and works as a very well synced solution.
I like the feature where you can actually get in touch with support, post your customization and they make it available for you.
The Kapture is very easy to use, it helps us to work easily.

Easy to navigate and the details are found easily to address the customer’s issue with ease. The past tickets the notes on the past ticket are easily accessible. Assigning tickets to a team mate and relevant authorities is another good feature.
The best thing I like about Kapture CRM is on-site reporting,you can report your daily calls then & there only,no need to remember the calls.Also you can trace calls of your peers.
What do you dislike about Kapture CX?
Sometimes the server doesn’t resolve the email into a ticket which delays the process.
UI for lead management is not impressive, and needs a lot of attention.
I do not dislike but the UI can be more user friendly. Could be little difficult to understand at the start from the new joinees, freshers
There is nothing which can be negative part or we can say we dislike the software
Everything is perfect
At times the Kapture is too slow. It takes a lot of time to load, impacting the overall customer experience. On working on a virtual network it usually happens.
The worst thing of Kapture is that it is not IOS friendly,if you’re using Kapture CRM app on iPhone then you’ll face many issues.App crashes very frequently.Delay in reporting.
I wish that the User Interface was more simple and user friendly. I feel that one needs to spend a lot of time understanding the tedious process of KAPTURE CRM and there are issues where you will need to get in touch with their support very often.
What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple communication has been synced together like “Call”, “Email”, “WhatsApp” and Knowledge base made it easy for team to respond the queries swiftly and ontime.
Agent Login, Reports, Break Schedules, Ticket disposition made very easy.
