What is noCRM.io?
What do you like best about noCRM.io?
It’s very simple and straightforward to start the process from cold prospecting lists and add them as leads into the system once you have reached out and gotten interest. Simple process to manage leads throughout the sales process all in one platform, then duplicated leads and put them into client folders to re-engage them for other products/services. I like the versatility of being able to add prospect lists via csv files, manually adding them in an Excel sheet style list. or adding them through the web (LinkedIn/Google) with the lead adder extension
noCRM focuses on the essentials and helps us to work quickly and effectively. All tools such as tags, actions, status, pipeline, etc. can be customized

Le concept de “script d’appel” qui n’en est pas vraiment un et qui se prête bien à l’aide aux appels et à la qualification des prospects.
L’intégration avec la téléphonie (RingCentral dans notre cas), pour suivre les appels aboutis ou pas.
L’intégration avec Zapier (même si elle est limitée)
What do you dislike about noCRM.io?
There is only one thing that I could say and it is very minor. It would be great if there was a way to set reminders for cold prospects to attempt contact with them again after having not gotten through the first or second time. Quite often it takes several attempts to get in touch with the prospect to qualify/gauge interest. The workaround is to color code the rows in the sheet so that you know you need to reach out again, but it would save a lot of time if you could set a reminder to call/email the prospect again to get in touch. Again, minor issue.

Les listes de prospects (leads) sont trop limitées en fonctionnalité. Il faudrait au moins avoir la possibilité de se fixer un rappel.
Le reporting est limité, notamment il ne propose pas beaucoup de segmenter les rapports en fonction des tags affectés aux opportunités.
L’intégration avec Zapier permet de créer une opportunité, mais ni de lui ajouter un tag, ni d’enregistrer une activité planifiée (appel, démo…)
What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to manage lead flow from start to finish in one platform saves a lot of time and keeps prospects from falling through the cracks. I’m a one-man operation, but I can see how an agency could grow into this platform and add their team as they scale.
We regulate our entire customer acquisition and the presentation dates via noCRM. The integrations work flawlessly. We particularly like the recently added email feature. On the one hand, we can send emails from templates directly in the lead, which are also stored there, on the other hand, we are also informed about the status of the sent emails and thus know exactly which emails have been read and whether a link from this email has been clicked.
C’est un bon compromis entre nos tableurs et un CRM complet. A notre stade de développement, nous ne faisons pas d’Account Management, mais vraiment de la prospection, et nocrm est idéal pour nous.
On ne rate plus d’échéance, et on a une meilleure vision de nos succès et une meilleure planification de notre business à venir.
