What do you like best about Salesmate?

I really like the very intuitive interface. It’s easy to get ahold of it. They have a lot of very interesting functionnalities, that allows me to keep in track with my demanding clients.

The support is extremely reactive. I usually get an answer within five minutes and the second level support is very very reactive. I’ve a few issue here and there, especially with migrating from an opponent, but it was quickly solved.

They are also very open minded. I once needed a functionnality for one day from a higher plan. I just needed it for one day, in order to finish up a task. They agreed to let me use the higher plan for free for almost a week! How appreciated.

I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. They didn’t work, I shopped Salesforce they were to expensive and probably wouldn’t work.

Since we don’t use Salesmate for “sales” but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we’ve found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls. We also appreciate that the cost of texting and calling are extremely competitive – Salesmate really meets the mark!

What do you dislike about Salesmate?

I can’t think of anything in particular. The few issues I’ve had here and there were resolved. I did have a few functionnality suggestions, but I can’t think of anything right now.

Although taking calls and call quality is very good, the only thing missing is the scheduling of on/off hours so we are getting calls late at night, etc.

There are not too many downsides to the software. However, one thing I do dislike is the connectivity when using their voice dialer

What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed to have a CRM that lets me follow-up with each clients individually, withouth overwhelming me with tasks. A simple example: They have a functionnality that automatically creates a to do task if the client doesn’t answer the e-mail. This is extremely helpful for follow-up and it’s not overwhelming. No repetitive useless work.

I have a data subscription for possible off market real estate deals. And they are the only CRM (that actually

works) I found to automation the cold call process.

Organizing work orders and corresponding with each customer in various ways.

A problem that Salesmate is solving is my organization within myself and my team members.

Salesmate helps me stay organized and keeps me in communication with my clients.
