What do you like best about Clientjoy?
I love how easy it is to use. The CRM is simplified compared to others like Hubspot. It’s easy to navigate and to add data.
It seamlessly turns leads into customers and the automatic invoicing has been a time saver.
The versatility and options available in Client Joy continues to impress me, even after 2 years of regular usage. They are continuously striving to improve, offer more, and to be the best CRM available..and succeeding.
I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal’s new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.
In 1 year, they improve a lot. and more features coming soon.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?
No downsides yet, but I’d love it if I was able to add a new customer from a task I had setup. Also automatic reminders would be great for leads so that I can follow up
They really are the diamond in the rough. The only negative I can think of is that they have been keeping a low profile, so are still yet undiscovered by many users who do not know what they are missing out on,
The mobile app, sometimes cannot log in need to be re-installed, and its basic feature, of not adding clients, I believe that’ll improve soon because in 1 year time they improve a lot.
linterface utilisateur peux etre ameliorer, le noir est blanc peux etre deprimant, mais on a la possibiliter de faire du white labeling, donc pas de probleme coter client.
There is nothing that i miss. But i could use TAGS or custom fields in the proposal section.

What problems is Clientjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my business far more organised which is helping me save time and money. I can also keep track of leads in my pipeline and then manage customers. I love how I can set reminders to get in touch with my clients once I’ve worked with them.
Client Joy brings together what was once done but multiple software, into one, affordable package. It saves both time and money, which is the perfect duo for any small agency or soloprenuer.
Creating invoicing and follow-up emails.
Client portal- Embed Dashboards, Pages, Forms, and websites so that clients can see theier design.
Focus in my clients and the process of nurturing from Lead to repeat client. It is a great way to get the most out of your existing customers. Something everyone needs, especially for small businesses trying to grow.
