What is Lime CRM?

Lime CRM is a visual and user-friendly CRM for 10 users and up that simplifies the workday for marketing, sales and support teams. Lime CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM), which helps businesses in utility, sales and consultancy sectors access and handle notes, agreements, contacts, to-dos, marketing activities, projects and more on a unified platform. It helps supervisors visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to streamline decision-making processes in real-time.
Lime CRM enables managers to receive calendar or email notifications about added client conversations and create personalized data views by saving specific filters. Businesses can generate reports on follow-up activities, sales pipelines or other metrics and utilize the search functionality to retrieve relevant information from the system. That Lime is easy to use and adaptable to all kinds of situations. And of course, the search functions and the really easy and clever connection to Outlook.

Simplicity. The focus on the relevant information keeps hands on the right issues and collects easily the available information into the database as you don’t have to worry about all the “nice-to-have” information fields.

Lime is very user friendly and we have adjusted the system after our needs. As an administrator, I can easily add/remove fields etc. I like the look of Lime compared to other systems.

What do you dislike about Lime CRM?

A little old looking, but the function weights up for it.

Its sometimes not possible to link information between the different tabs.

The lack of visual, graphic presentation is evident once you continue to use the program for a longer period. You can tweak go-arounds for some, but not all needs.

Not that much, but it doesn’t always seem logical when you do changes as an administrator.

I want a more role base desktop-client. It would also be great to be able to place your fields in LISA wherever you like on the form layout.

What problems is Lime CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using it more like an ERP-system than a pure CRM-system. For us, it covers all business processes in a perfect way.

We can keep track of our business, and the system gives us a lot of valuable data that tells us that we are on the right way.

Taking care of the systematic approach at the customer interface. The definitive benefit is the simplicity compared to our earlier solution that tried to answer too many targets at the same time. Also rather easy to to customize as a main user.
