What do you like best about vcita?
The things I liked best about vicita are as follows:
– very easy to reassign appointments
– blocking off specific day availability was intuitive
I like that it is very intuitive, and it is easy to find what you need in many different ways. You can collect payment information and keep patient notes all in one place.
We decided to give vcita a chance within our infrastructure and the result was pleasant because it gave us a hand in billing processes, making them easier for our team through its reporting / analysis function, in addition to the extensive tools available. They can be used in a simple way, improving our traffic.
Nothing. This software used to have many good attributes, but it has clearly deteriorated over time.
What do you dislike about vcita?
The downsides to vcita are:
– When you block off certain times on a specific day in vcita, the availability would not translate in the customer facing calendar integrated with vcita. It would remove the whole day
– Does not work well with Gcal anymore, which is why we switched to ChiliPiper. Whatever update vcita made, we had to do too many steps to get it to talk to our Gcal. It ended as a separate calendar type (involved having to be invited to view each person’s vcita calendar on Gcal? Way too confusing). Vs synching with our Gmail users like it did before. It caused availability info to be inaccurate.
I wish it could save templates for notes so that I didn’t have to constantly retype the same parts of my visit notes with each patient. It would be nice to have a way to save different templates and essential information from other databases.
Something that upset us was that many times the links did not work or the payment confirmation messages as one is used to and the customer service is terrible since they only have a 2 hour opportunity every 24 hours for technical support to time for some inconvenience.
What problems is vcita solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/a at this time. We switched ChiliPiper because vicita turned from being an easy-to-use scheduling platform to a complicated tool that was confusing users and employees alike.
It is a primary patient management system where we keep track of all of our visits and patient care notes.
We had several meetings discussing the need to implement a software that would have a payment reminder to our customers through event-activated emails with modest payment functions, not to mention that the customer interface is intuitive, practical and simple to learn to use. In the same way, the income tracker helps us with the organization of economic data.
None now, we are having to spend way more time setting up another software.
