What is Orgzit?

Orgzit provides the power of enterprise CRM with the flexibility of Excel Orgzit is an all-in-one sales system for manufacturer reps and distributors. It helps streamline Sales, Quotation, Service, and Finance by helping you move from scattered spreadsheets to a single centralized application.
Orgzit is a cloud-based business process management (BPM) platform that helps users organize information and keep track of tasks and assignments.
Orgzit offers several pre-configured deployment types based on business needs, such as customer relationship management, asset management, and recruitment. Users can assign projects to team members, as well as build customized task lists, dashboards, and reports. Using role-based permissions, administrators and project owners can limit user access to specific lists or tasks.
Orgzit’s file-sharing tools enable team members to upload files, leave comments, and notify other members of their activities through email and in-app alerts. Users can consolidate conversation histories, which allows new team members to read previous conversations in one place. Orgzit also enables users to visualize and summarize company data in reports, including tables and bar charts.

What do you like best about Orgzit?

Best thing for me in this software is the dashboard. It provides all the important informations from the data we have. The dashboard has a very simple view. It can be customized as per requirements.

Taking out any required insight is not an issue for us even with chunks or data stored in the database.

We at Origo provide financial services in the agricultural sector. And Orgzit has helped us streamline our unique business processes very easily. It is a very flexible and easy-to-use platform.

Orgzit has significantly helped us track each and every critical financial activity. The dashboard feature is one of my favorite features. I can keep track of all the relevant records from the dashboard itself. Orgzit has automated a lot of repetitive tasks for us which saves us a lot of time to be more productive and efficient at work. In Orgzit, We’ve been able to enforce some checks to ensure every financial record is correct and verified.

We at Rite Infotech provide IT services to our customers. We use Orgzit primarily for issue tracking, IT Infrastructure management and managing human resources.

In my view, Orgzit’s dashboard and its flexibility is the best part of it. I use it on a daily basis to track all my business priorities and tasks.

Orgzit is very flexible and agile in terms of configuration. Working with tables and configuring them to configure the system as per our requirements was very easy and not at all time-consuming.

What do you dislike about Orgzit?

I have never disliked a features at Orgzit.

There is nothing to dislike at Orgzit. It has a very responsive and helpful team to assist us all the time.

Issues arise on Orgzit very rarely, and they are handled in a very responsive manner. So we can say that the software works almost flawlessly. There’s nothing that I dislike

Orgzit has been working great for us, and their team has been very supportive on our change requests. So, there is nothing that I dislike about Orgzit.

Till today I have not seen a drawback of this software. Whenever there have been any niggles, the Orgzit team has been very helpful and efficient.

What problems is Orgzit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of the significant problems that are countered by Orgzit are :

> Handling big data – Most importantly Orgzit helped in generating reports, and sales analysis by correlating different tables of data.

> Daily repetitive tasks used to cost us more time on a recurring process – Orgzit helped us automate those tasks.

> Team coordination was a problem – Orgzit took all the workflows under one application which helped in better collaboration. This helps us to take unanimous decisions faster than before.

> Keeping track of tasks and follow ups has now become more easy.

Orgzit help us to streamline the whole process of sales.

Orgzit has been solving a lot of problems for us and making our work easier. Some of the remarkable uses of Orgzit CRM that are helping us to solve problems are:

– Orgzit has automated a lot of tasks for us like – the generation of invoice documents, debit and credit notes for buyers and suppliers, credit limit checks, and all trade calculations.

– Now it just takes a few seconds to create invoices and debit/credit notes. This has significantly reduced the turnaround time for our client.

– Earlier we used to spend a lot of time ensuring the correctness of the trade calculations, now that is automatically done by Orgzit CRM.

– The automations have allowed us to shift most of the trade workflow to the business team.

– The financial steps such as invoicing and generating credit/debit notes also need to be error-free which is automatically done by the platform.

– The business workflow is now streamlined in a step-by-step manner and this has reduced errors to almost zero.

We are saving at least one person-month time with the automations at Orgzit. Orgzit has allowed us to scale up the business transactions without needing to add more people to the team.
