It is a great service to help you manage users and accounts, it allows you to have all the information stored in a centralized database with flexible and secure accessibility, this helps you to obtain all the data in one order and not have to lose no data, it offers features to integrate business processes in one place where you can check and compare the offers, packages or functions that they can offer you to improve sales, it also has an extremely well- structured interface, it’s very good designed, it has very fast connectivity and is very pleasant to use.
This service provides us with excellent activities for sales since it is a very capable system to personalize and manage marketing tasks and clients since it offers us functions such as the creation of email campaigns, web forms, calendar system, storage of documents, integration with social networks and integration of internal chat, this leads to increased sales because it allows us to improve marketing campaigns, it also has a very adequate cost that allows you to use this service more frequently and without any problem.
Software is easy to use and well laid out. It is a good program to help manage internal user accounts. Connection is fast and secure and is easy to navigate. Information is collected and stored centrally which helps minimize data loss. I found the structure and layout helpful , with little training time needed to use it fully

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?
I have had a problem configuring real-time notifications about client activities since sometimes the notification sent about the activities does not usually arrive and that established information is lost, which is a nuisance because that activity has to be asked by the customer again what it was and to be able to guarantee that it was sent, in addition, its cost is a bit high and its time of use is not adequate for which they should offer better shopping packages with more accessible prices so that more users can use it with more frequency.
This application has a problem with the interface since its connectivity through the browser is usually a bit slow, which is very outdated, which I hope can add more speed and can be used a little better. More colorful because the design it contains is very boring and makes the board look unstructured.
Costs are a little high, so would better suit larger businesses with a regular stable income, the smaller business should look into costs before committing. Integration was a little complex but once it is set up, its easy to use
Limitation in features and automation of process needs to be more consistent. Apart from these, it is oxygen for businesses as well as for the users.
